Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival result in a refund of 70% of the grand total. Reservations over $20,000 must be cancelled 45 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of 70% of the grand total. Cancellations made within 30 days are non refundable. If over $20,000, cancellations made within 45 days are non refundable.

An amazing family vacation!
"We are a family of 13 (from infant through 60 years) and rent vacation homes once or twice a year. We also live less than one hundred miles from this rental. You might think that would make it less amazing, but in our case the exact opposite was true. We rented over a weekend that was "red tide" as well as a storm on it's way - and folks thought we were crazy. In fact, the beaches were just fine and we had terrific pre-storm weather. The house itself was so well suited to a large family. The six master bed/bath combos were a real treat, and each bedroom was tastefully decorated with plenty of room. The open kitchen/dining/living room worked well for lounging while the "assigned family" cooked. But more than anything, we enjoyed lounging for hours in the pool/deck area. In and out of the hot tub, sipping drinks at the built in island - my grown kids agreed this was the most relaxing vacation we have taken! The owners were easy to work with, responded promptly, and the house was as represented (and more!). Close to the beach, small shops and local restaurants, we would highly recommend this for a family vacation! One note (not a drawback for us) - keep in mind the living quarters are on the second and third stories with stairs only."
