Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made outside the cancellation time frame (30 days before arrival for condominiums or 90 days for houses and monthly reservations) will receive a refund of rent, less the administrative fee and trip insurance premium. Cancellations of less than 30 days for condos and less than 90 days for houses and monthly reservations will result in a 100% loss of the rent.
