Free Activities - As a thank you for staying with us you will receive complimentary admission to local attractions every day of your stay. To take advantage of this added benefit, be on the lookout for an email from Xplorie that will explain how it all works, what activities are available and how to redeem your complimentary admissions. Please add "[email protected](dot)com to your contacts to ensure message delivery. You will have to register in order to participate.

Check in will be at 4:00 pm and beyond.

Please do not use the balcony railing for hanging wet suits and towels. We will get a call so let's just avoid that. :)

Guests will receive 1 parking pass (located in the room upon check-in) - open parking (first-come, first-serve). Please leave the parking pass in the room upon checkout. Please see additional parking info as needed or send a message through the system.

Guests MUST wear armbands while on property. Up to 3 guest armbands will be left for you in the room depending on your party's size (based on the info provided at booking). No unregistered guests, only the guests registered on the booking are allowed to stay on the property, as that will be the number of armbands left for your stay. Please leave armbands in the room upon departure. A fee of $50 will be assessed if armbands are not left in the room upon checkout.

Checkout is promptly at 10am so our cleaning team can get the unit for our next stay. Please see check out instructions for your departure including setting the A/C on 70. Late fees will begin at 10:15 and you will be charged $30 every 15 minutes until unit is vacated.

Some amenities are supplied in limited quantities for you such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish soap, sponge/washcloth, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, as well as towels. We have a pack-and-play that is available by request.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping will be tolerated in the unit - $200 fine!

NO PARTIES! This includes being loud enough to be a disturbance to neighboring units during quiet hours (generally around 9:00pm to 7:00 am). If we receive complaints of a disturbance due to noise, we reserve the right to immediately dismiss you from the unit with no refund for unstayed days. $250 fine plus cost of any damages found once a disturbance is reported.

NO PETS!

If our House Rules are broken, it will result in forfeiture of rate, time, and deposit, and you will leave the property immediately.

Storm & Hurricane Policy:

When a potential storm is in the area, the weather channels like to send people into full panic mode. If you cancel prior to your arrival due to weather, there is no refund and you may not reschedule your trip for alternate dates.

If you are here and we are put under a mandatory evacuation notice by local authorities causing you to leave your rental early, we will refund you the nights not stayed including tax (cleaning and other fees cannot be refunded as the host is still charged for these once you stay).

If you leave your rental early due to weather without being required to leave by mandatory evacuation, there is no refund for unstayed nights.

Please report all maintenance issues immediately.

No more than 3 guests may occupy the unit at any given time.

No hair dye or glitter to be used, no exceptions.

Any item(s) left behind will be held for 30 days. If not claimed within the 30 days, Item(s) will be donated on day 31. You will be charged $25 plus materials needed along with shipping cost. This will need to be paid in advance or they will not be sent to you.

* If you booked through Air BnB, you have accepted this agreement when you signed the house rules at check out and there is nothing more for you to do.

** We also reserve the right to request a refundable damage deposit with any reservation.

*** A photo ID is required of all guests before codes are provided.

The beach was pretty private and it was in a great location. Instructions were very clear and they were so communicative and quick to respond if needed. The building itself was kept up very well and property managers were constantly cleaning and making things nice. The pool was large and great also. We will absolutely be back! "The Fontainebleau Terrace has been in PCB for 40+ years so the building is old, I'll say that first. However everything worked as it should. The pool looked marvelous (we were visiting family and had little time to swim), elevator worked fine, stairways and grounds were nicely lit and good parking. The unit itself has been remodeled. Kitchen appliances were new, bathroom was clean and working, furnishings were clean and comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!"
