With 28 years in the mortgage business, I have always had an interest in properties and their potential for creating memorable experiences. My husband, on the other hand, owns and captains a salmon fishing charter during the summer months. Check-Out Time : 10:00 AM
- Pet(s) Allowed : One Dog Only. Must be pre-approved, acknowledge pet rules and pay non-refundable pet fee $150.

General Policies
Bookings will be formally confirmed with a fully executed rental contract and 50% deposit. Final payments are required within 15 days of check in. $1,000 credit authorization hold for damage deposit will be initiated upon check in and released no later than 14 days of check out.
House Rules
Minimum renter age is 25 for everyone in the booking group unless accompanied by parents. 8 adults maximum, additional children welcome to a maximum of 14 total guests. ID to be provided upon request Trash & Recycling: Pickup is 2 X’s per week and we have a service that brings the garbage to the curb. Guests are required to bring the empty bins to the side of the house. Please let us know if you'd like the additional Pool Heat. Pool Heat is $100 per stay and will be added to your rental amount AFTER you have booked your stay. When purchased, pool heat is set at 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temperature. As a result, pool temperature cannot be guaranteed Towels & clothing: No ...

"A wonderful house perfectly suited for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids. Very tastefully furnished and decorated. We all enjoyed the pool, as well as the beach equipment. Great House
"Loved the house! The owner was very informative about the property during the stay with minor hiccups that had happened to the house (ac unit and pool) she worked to make sure we were happy and comfortable! She would respond to questions right away. The house had everything you would need and they thought of extras that were so helpful. It does take some time to get to the beach with traffic the week we were there but this had nothing to do with the house or the description of the location, it's just something to keep in mind."

"Very spacious and comfortable home. Nice fenced in yard for our dogs and beautiful pool area. They area was perfectly located for any shopping needs and close to many beaches. Weather was perfect for February. Host kept in contact with us to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. Highly recommend."
