Directly on the beach, the house is located at 1014 Ariola Drive, Pensacola Beach.The island has beautiful sugar white sand beaches. Enjoy multiple restaurants, gift shops, live entertainment, water activities (fishing, dolphin cruises, jet ski rentals), and weekly summer free concerts on the beach. Minutes away from the historic city of Pensacola where you can enjoy several museums, farmers markets, festivals, baseball, and much more. At this time the NAS Naval Museum is open to the public and free. Contact the Museum directly for more information. The island is home to Fort Pickens and the beautiful Gulf Islands National Seashore. Blue Angels practice "show" is weekly at NSA Pensacola or can be seen from Fort Pickens. During the season, their practice is usually Tuesday/Wednesday, weather permitting. Check online schedule for updated info.

About Owner
My family has owned this house since 1981. It was rebuilt in 1997 following Hurricane Opal. It was named as Dolphins Pass then. And yes, the dolphins do pass by on most days.
Growing up, I have spent half my childhood at this house on weekends and school breaks. My husband and I have just begun, and plan to continue updating Dolphins Pass. My kids think of this as a second home. We hope you and your family make many memories here year after year!

General Policies
Refundable Damage Deposit of $750.Contactless arrival, you will go straight to the house with the entry code.Linens for all beds are provided.We supply 16 bath towels; you need to bring towels for the beach. Initial supply of toilet paper, hand soap, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours. We also recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, coffee and coffee filters, sunscreen, and anything else you my need for your beach vacation.When you leave:House needs to be broom clean.Trash placed in bins under the house in breezeway.Put away all clean dishes, pots and pans. House Rules
MAXIMUM 14 people allowed (including children and daytime guests). No ANIMALS. No staining drinks in carpeted areas. No parties/events. No smoking anywhere on the premises. No eating in the bedrooms. Never ride elevator (alone) with no one else in the house. Children are not allowed to operate or play with the elevator.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be made by placing a deposit of 50% of stay that includes taxes, cleaning fee, and damage deposit.
Balance due 60 days in advance of check in.
Any cancellation done prior to 30 days is 100% refund.
Cancellation between 16-29 days prior to check in is a 75% refund.
Cancellation between 8-15 days prior to check in is a 50% refund.
Cancellation 7 days or less to check in is no refund.
Mandatory Hurricane evacuations will receive a refund.
No refunds for inclement weather.

"My family and I just stayed at Dolphins Pass for 10 nights. We've stayed on Pensacola Beach many times and this was definitely the most amazing view we've ever had. This house offered everything we needed and then some. Including a great kitchen, great bedrooms and great living area. Our host was amazing and provided great communication even though we had no issues during our stay she checked in a couple of times via text just to make sure everything was great. And it was. You couldn't get any closer to the beautiful Gulf. Just walk out the back door and you are there. We will look forward to staying here in the future."

A little bit of paradise
"The home was absolutely lovely and as described. Just steps from the ocean. And the owners were amazing. They couldn't have been more helpful and responsive to anything we needed and we try not to need too much but they were always on top of any little thing that we needed. We had family so we had a large crowd. The layout of the property made it easy to socialize in one area and people socialize in another area and no one ever felt crowded or on top of one. Another sleeping was a breeze. You didn't hear people in the morning when they were in the kitchen. It was just a lovely property"
