This beachfront studio is located at 1906 Gulf Drive North, Coquina Beach Club, Unit # 110, in Bradenton Beach, FL 34217 and it is managed by a Realtor/Owner. We have a heated salt-water pool, a private beach and all beach lounges and umbrellas. We are within walking distance of restaurants, beach bars, shops, and the historic fishing pier. This 550 sq. ft. studio has been renovated; everything is new. Rent INCLUDES all taxes and cleaning, and we have a professional cleaning company, trained in the hotel industry. Security deposit required, released within 3 days of departure. Two adults, no smoking, no pets. One week minimum rental period required. Weekly security: $250, monthly security: $500, released with 3 days of departure. Saturday - Saturday rentals only in high season, Dec. 17th - May 1st.
