Owners are retired and live in Lakeland, FL (2 hours away).
The owners have lived in Lakeland for 50 years. Originally from Minnesota. The condo is their weekend getaway.
They are proud of their condo, and expect others to treat it respectfully.
Policies
Check-Out Time : Flexible
General Policies
Taxes and utilities are included in monthly fee.
(Electric bill has never exceeded $110, so anything above that amount would be payable by renter).
House Rules
Your visitors may stay 1 week maximum at a time.No Pets. No smoking.A copy of HOA rules will be provided and must be observed. Renters are welcome at clubhouse social activities
Terms & Conditions
This is a seasonal 3 month minimum rental (HOA rules) - 5 months maximum. Snowbirds are welcome.
Monthly Rental: $7000
Security Deposit: $3000
When leaving, Condo is to be left in clean condition, as found upon arrival, (no cleaning fee). The $3000 security deposit is fully refundable.
A onetime fee for background check is required by HOA (approx.$150)
Cancellation Policy
No refunds, but we do understand that life happens, and if there is a medical emergency prior to, or during your stay, we will work with you towards a solution.
