You don't need large to be luxurious! This home is perfect for a small family, couple friends, or just a couple looking to get away! This home has ALL NEW FURNISHINGS! This cute and cozy beachside cabana home is beautifully updated with designer touches and furnishings, stainless steel appliances, full stocked kitchen, private heated pool, and luxurious linens!

Located just a short 6-8 minute walk to the beach you are in the perfect spot centrally located on the island to hop on and off the trolley and skip to the beach!

The home has a lovely open concept living, kitchen, dining with all your kitchen needs to make a great meal at home. There is a TV with cable television in the living room. Both bedrooms have a full en-suite bathroom. The one bedroom has a king bed while the other also has a king bed. The home is equipped with AC, wireless internet, and has all your linens/towels for your stay!

The luxurious pool and spacious outdoor areas will let you live the island life to its fullest while you stay with us. There is also a grill at the home that you can grill up some fresh fish you caught earlier that day and relax in the pool after a long day at the beach! The home's outdoor landscaping was just updated to include Diamond Turf, stunning outdoor lighting, and custom made outdoor bar! You will really feel like you are on your own private island oasis!

Pets are accepted with prior approval only if they meet our pet policy guidelines, max of 2, < 65 lbs each, and with payment of $100 (<4 day, $200 (4-14 day), $400 (15+ day) per pet per stay.

Location Info

Just to the south, Holmes Beach, a town of just under two square miles with a year-round population of 3,913, has a distinctly more residential, laid-back vibe. Vacation rentals abound, mostly unpretentious older concrete-block homes of 1,400 square feet or so, and newer, larger pastel-colored Key West-style homes. Here you’ll also find Key Royale, a canal-front community of executive homes with its own nine-hole golf course, where a lot of updating is going on. Boaters especially appreciate Key Royale’s easy access to Tampa Bay and the Gulf. Manatee Public Beach is the major draw. There’s also a new municipal skate park and a public library, and you can charter a fishing trip at Keyes Marina.

Standard occupancy is 2 persons per every standard bedroom, an additional occupant fee of $25 per person/per night will be assessed for each occupant over this up to max occupancy, if applicable.

Quiet Hours 10p-8a. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Reservations are typically taken for 7 night Saturday-Saturday stays. However, we can offer flexible stays with varying minimum night requirements and non-Saturday check-ins/check-outs during most of the year with exception to holidays and peak weeks unless city ordinances prohibit it. Always feel free to ask prior to booking to see if this is a possibility as we may not be able to accommodate changes after booking.

CLEANING AND SAFETY:

All our homes and linens are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between each guest per industry standards. A starter set of basic amenities, linens, towels, and bedding are provided at the beginning of your stay per home occupancy. Daily housekeeping or linen services are not included in your stay.

Additional cleaning and laundry services are available by request mid-stay at additional charge. For stays of 28-days or more, a mid-stay clean will be required to be scheduled and paid by guest at additional cost.

This home participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are provided according to the home’s occupancy at the beginning of your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility between each guest. Please keep in mind extra sets are not kept in homes.

BABY EQUIPMENT RENTALS:

Baby equipment is not available for use at the home for safety and sanitation reasons. We are however partnered with local companies offering rentals of these items including pick-up and drop-off.

POOL & SPA (if any):

The pool is heated year round at no additional cost for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Pool temperatures are set between 82-85 degrees and will not be set higher due to keeping proper chemical balance, clarity, and cleanliness of the pools. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters and filters do not run during the hours of 10p-8a. Please note that cooler ambient temperatures (20 degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. Please note that a residential spa is a section of pool that once turned on provides relaxation, misting bubbles and warmer temperatures in the high 90s - low 100s but are not permitted to remain on 24/7 or will not reach temperatures like that of a commercial hot tub. Spas may not be operational during the months of June - September to avoid high temperatures of pool water which is detrimental to keeping proper pool chemical balances. Guests are required to read and abide by all posted rules, safety and operating information. Under no circumstance is any guest allowed to adjust pool equipment. Failure to abide may result in guests being fined or liable for any damages to equipment.

PROPERTY SECURITY/SAFETY:

Please note this home may be equipped with Ring, Nest or other exterior cameras viewing front door, driveways, pool equipment, and entry/exits of backyard areas only. Cameras are only intended to keep property safe and secure, monitor deliveries, assure occupancy, and are not angled into any areas where guests would assume or expect privacy.

PAYMENTS:

50% of total amount due must be made at time of reservation request to confirm reservation.

50% of total amount due must be paid on or before 60 days prior to check-in date

Full amount due must be made at time of booking if check in date is within next 60 days.

Manager is not responsible for providing refunds due to circumstances beyond the Manager's control like travel disruptions, guest travel restrictions, work and school scheduling changes, etc. Weather, tropical storms, hurricane threats, environmental conditions like red-tide, construction, water, or beach conditions cannot be guaranteed.

All cancellation requests must be initiated by Registered Guest through the website in which they booked and/or be in writing via email. Cancellation requests will not be accepted via phone, text, or by a member of the party other than the main Registered Guest. Upon booking, we agree to uphold our agreement to our guests by reserving the home in the advertised condition for the dates of their choosing, at that time the Registered Guest knowingly enters into a two-way agreement to uphold their commitment to arrive as scheduled. If unforeseen issues arise, the Manager/Owner reserves the right to cancel any reservation subject to issuing a full refund without penalty or responsibility for providing lodging elsewhere.

In the event the dates of the reservation fall within a date range of a mandatory island evacuation, unforeseen unavailability of the home reserved AND unavailability of a comparable alternative home, or inability for vacation rentals to operate due to executive order, the guest will receive a full refund of all base rental rate, fees, and applicable taxes without penalty.

Spring break escape from MN

"We stayed here as a family of 4 (including our 13 and 16 year old kids). Perfect size property for us. Very cute beach decor. Absolutely enjoyed the backyard for lounging, grilling, and eating outdoors. Swam in the heated pool literally morning, noon, and night (light show!). We didn't rent a car or golf cart (very busy March and none available), but rented bikes for the week. We either rode bikes or the island free trolley (including to get groceries). Our kids thought we were nuts to have bikes as our mode of transport, but it worked out great (since parking can be challenging when AMI is busy). I love cruising around AMI by bike, so relaxing. Short walk (about 5 minutes) to the beach with loaded up beach wagon. Awesome stretch of beach near property for walks/runs, watching surfers, gathering shells. Mandatory sunset viewing nightly! Do not miss it. Loved the food (the Sandbar, Blue Marlin, Wicked Cantina, Freckled Fin, Donut Experiment were favorites). 2nd time in AMI, so sad to be back in brown 40 degree MN. Thank you so much for a lovely week together."

Beautifully decorated with incredible private pool area

"This property is in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the beach. With a little longer walk, about 20 min, you can get to the shops of Pine Avenue. The property is decorated beautifully, just as it appears on site. The backyard is incredibly relaxing and has shade during the day which is a nice break from the sun. The house was furnished with everything I needed, I would definitely recommend it!"

"This is our fifth summer going to Ana Maria. We always enjoy the lay back atmosphere on the island. This house was perfect for us (2 adults, 1 teenager, and most important our dog). The place was clean and has a beautiful backyard with pool and it is a 10 m walk from the beach. The only criticism that I can have is that we had to clean again the dishes on the cabinets because they were not very clean. We will try to rent again this place in our next holiday to AMI."

"We stayed at the Cozy Cabana East this week, and it exceeded our expectations! I am a clean freak, literally having my husband check under beds and in closets with a flashlight to make sure things are extremely clean for our stay. The cleanliness of the home was perfect! We loved everything about the property. The property itself is located a little over one block from the beach, the owners provide a wagon and tons of beach items. It is also within walking distance of Pine Ave with lots of local shopping and restaurants. The property has every appliance you could need, it is very bright, the backyard with the pool is perfect for swimming, lounging, and grilling. It was a perfect piece of paradise, we highly recommend this property!"

"The property is newly renovated and looks just like the pictures presented. It is tastefully decorated and has all the comforts of home. Everything you need for the beach is provided and the kitchen is well stocked. Some criticisms: The hot water tank is barely efficient for two people so I can’t imagine it being optimal for 4-6 people. Also the shower in the master bedroom was very slow to drain out of the tub. However the water pressure was excellent. Additionally the air conditioning is restricted to 71 degrees or higher which was not always adequate for sleeping at night."
