Check-Out Time : Flexible
- Pet(s) Allowed : 1 small pet under 50lbs
General Policies
1 vehicle is allowed in underground garage parking. Additional vehicles would be parked outside. 1 month security deposit and lease required. Owner would expect unit to be returned in as good shape as time of rental along with all furnishings, linens and kitchen supplies. Security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure after property has been inspected.
House Rules
Quiet enjoyment and respect for neighbors a must. Friendly, beautiful but mostly adult community. Many residents do have Grandchildren that visit.
Terms & Conditions
Minimum of 2 month lease is required during off season July-December. 3 month lease is required January-June.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 90 days of stay would receive a full refund. The property requires a 3 month minimum rental. I am allowing 2 months but would not be able to rent again until the third month was complete. After 90 days would forfeit 1 months rent.
