Villa Belle Rio was purchased in Nov. 2017 and has just been painted and staged beautifully with all new furnishings. This direct Gulf access custom-built home is located in the SE Cape. The lanai features a heated pool and spa, a western exposure for those beautiful sunsets, and plenty of room to entertain. The dock has a 10,000-pound boat lift. It has a large eat-in kitchen and a separate dining room. There is a cozy den with a pull-out couch. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

"We had such a wonderful stay at the property! Absolutely loved the iguanas, kayaks, bikes, pool back patio and the VIEW every day! The open shower in the master bathroom was cool and very convenient. Loved the open layout of the house. The house itself honestly needs quite a bit of TLC. Either a deep cleaning and/or repainted walls/cupboards. I must say, the kayaks were a big hit! My first time kayaking and same for our kids. They're not made for two people, but we're also not big people so we made it work with a child sitting right in front of us while we paddled. We were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks on the water! The views were phenomena! We loved looking for iguanas throughout the neighborhood on the bikes and also saw the burrowing owls for our first time! We all hung out on the back patio most of the time whenever we were there. The kids preferred the pool over the ocean, but we did visit Sanibel Island and Ft. Myers. Really was a lovely trip all around! "

"Nice place with lots of room! The pool area is great, especially the outdoor kitchen area. The washer and dryer were brand new and worked wonderfully and quickly. We loved paddling the kayaks and paddle board (fyi - there are several kayaks to use, but only 1 paddle board) in the canals. Also we loved that we were close to several beaches too so we could do beach days. "

"Wow... just WOW! Renee's home was perfect! Very clean, plenty of room for 8 of us, and SO FUN! The pool was the highlight, but having use of the kayaks for the canal was the cherry on the sundae! My kids are already begging to go back. "
