An exterior staircase on the Gulf side will take you from the beach to the first and second floor furnished decks. Then enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower at the end of your day and prepare your fresh catch at the fish cleaning area and double park-style grill.

The first level of this tastefully appointed coastal home offers the SE king master bedroom with flat screen TV, full bathroom with double vanity and jetted tub with a wonderful view. This room enjoys direct access to the beachfront covered deck and the bayside screen porch. The SW king bedroom has a TV and direct access to the covered beachfront deck. The NW king bedroom has a TV and direct access to the Bay view screened porch. There is a full shared bathroom with a single vanity and laundry area with washer/dryer on this floor. The second level is the gathering place. With a bright and open floor plan and a wall of windows, you will feel like you are right on the beach. Beautiful wood floors and comfortable, attractive seating make this a perfect place to gather.
The dining table seats 10 for a wonderful family meal, and the breakfast bar seats 4, and double French doors lead you to the Gulf view porch with chaise loungers and a table for al fresco dining.
The well-appointed kitchen boasts lots of counter space and a beautiful view for the chef of the house. A covered porch is just off the kitchen with a dining table that is perfect for your morning bayside coffee.
The NW king master bedroom offers a flat screen TV and full private bathroom with a single vanity. Sliding doors will lead you to the covered bayside porch from this room. A convenient half bathroom is provided on this floor.
The third level features the South king bedroom with flat screen TV, a sitting area and direct access to the private furnished beachfront deck which is perfect for stargazing.
The North trundle bedroom sleeps 2 in twin beds. A shared bathroom with a glass shower and single vanity, is also on this floor.
