My wife, 3 kids and I live in Lakewood Ranch FL, we love travel to different places, during summer we go to Colombia were we are originally from.

I am a Software Engineer, my wife owns a company as an Amazon consultant and business consultant. Our children are 12 years, 8 years and 2 years old, my eldest plays hockey, my princess is a figure skater and my 2 years old is going to join them soon!

The Tenants shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. The Tenants shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturbor annoy the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall begrounds for immediate termination of this agreement and Tenants shall then immediately vacate thepremises.Any and all noise must be kept to a minimum each night beginning at 8 PM 

Terms & Conditions

In addition to the language stated in this Agreement, the Parties agree to the following: Damage and Incidentals -You will be responsable for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. A deposit would be refund three days after check out.Background check: By HOA requirements, tenants must pass a background check, at least 10 business days prior to arrival.Tenants are responsable to abide HOA and community rules during the stay.Valuable items left behind by Tenant(s) will be held with every reasonable effort made to contact in order for a safe return. Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 75%. Otherwise, owners will retain the cost to cover the first month.
