Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.

"This is a great property with outstanding views of the Gulf of Mexico and literally steps away from the superb beach. The apartment is fully renovated, beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked. We had all we needed for relaxing holiday. Master bedroom was spacious with huge walk in closet. We loved sitting out on the enclosed balcony listening to the ocean waves and watching awesome sunsets. If you like luxury accommodation on the beach, this is the place. We will definitely go back"
