Lovely Condo, Pristine Beach
"My family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Emerald Isle! The condo was in immaculate condition upon our arrival. The furnishings and decor made for a beautiful, yet comfortable, stay. There was plenty of room for our family of five to spread out and relax. The views of the gulf were spectacular, and we saw dolphins from the balcony on two occasions! The water in the gulf was crystal clear, and the beach was always pristine. The location is quiet, restful, and family-friendly. Deb was wonderful to work with! She called shortly after we booked and gave us information for fantastic dining nearby and helpful tips for getting the most out of our stay. I would highly recommend this unit!"

"We just returned from a wonderful vacation at this property. Deb was amazing and went over and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. She was easy to communicate with and check on us after our arrival. The condo is in pristine condition, and the complex is very clean. We often saw staff members cleaning the pool, elevator, and laundry rooms. It was nice having a designated parking space with additional parking. We loved having the two beach chairs and umbrella that Deb rents for her guests. We travelled with three teenagers, and the murphy bed was very comfortable and convenient for them. Great vacation!"
Wonderful Week & beautiful condo
"First of all Deb is great to work with...she was always available if we had any questions or concerns. She responded very quickly and even sent me a text to inform that the unit was ready to check in. One of the best that we have dealt with over the years. The condo itself was clean upon arrival and one of best decorated. You have plenty of space and it was great to have two bathrooms. Here are my thoughts regarding the view...YES you do have a view of the beach. You can open up the siding door and hear the waves; sit on the balcony and enjoy a wonderful view. Here is the deal; if you are accustomed to seating on the balcony and looking to your left and right and see nothing but water you want get that kind of view from this unit. The unit does sit back a little and you have part of the Emerald Isle condo and a condo to your right obstructing your full view of the gulf. Again, I want to stress; you do have a view of the gulf and it is wonderful. The only thing we didn't like (really it was my wife) was that there is no washer and dryer in the unit. They have washers and dryers on each floor. This would be the only reason not to give this unit a 5 star. I would give this unit overall a 4.5 because it is a great unit and Deb is wonderful."
