General Policies
AGE RESTRICTION: You must be at least 25 years of age to rent one of our properties. CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in is at 4 P.M. Check-out is at 10 A.M. Guests arriving prior to 4 P.M. must call our office at 727-461-1123 before entering the unit to find out if the unit is complete for check-in. Do not enter the unit before 4 P.M. without B&W Management approval.PET POLICY: No pets or animals are allowed in the rental units.
House Rules
The Property is a privately owned condominium, and we enforce a good neighbor policy. Please treat the Property with the same care you would use with your own residence. Please open and shut the blinds carefully. We have had many blinds fall off the track. This happens because people open the blinds without first turning them to the “open position” before pulling them open. We would appreciate your help in this matter. Please make sure that all trash goes into the trash chute in the hall on your floor. Please wrap all trash in plastic bags before sending it down the chute. All of the beach toys and chairs that are in the beach closet of the unit are for your use, if you so desire. Please be sure that all items have the sand knocked of...
Terms & Conditions
Once your booking is submitted and accepted you will have to sign our Rules & Regulations agreement in order to finalize the booking. You will not be able to check in with out a signed copy of the Rules & Regulations.
Cancellation Policy
To reserve a condo, we require a 20% prepayment of your booking. 50% of your paid prepayments is refundable with a 60-day advanced notice before arrival date, if less than 60 days it becomes non-refundable. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
