About Owner

Jon & Scott lost their mother two years ago after living a wonderful 88 years. Mom was all about family, so there was no hesitation to use some of her inheritance to purchase a home for all future generations to have a place to vacation and enjoy the nice Florida sunshine. Jon & Scott fell in love with this house from the moment they saw it and knew it would be the perfect family vacation property. They spent the next 6 months completely remodeling and purchasing Floridian style furnishing. Today, they offer their home also to travelers who wish to enjoy the privacy and feel like they have a home away from home, and get away from the busy hotels and motels.

Please respect our home. We have taken great pride in making this home a great get-away destination. No pets or smoking. There will be a $500 fine for anyone who is caught breaking these rules. We have great neighbors looking after our home.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund of the amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

50% refund of the amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
