Initial and Partial Payment Terms: Initial and partial payments are required at the time of the reservation and are nonrefundable unless written cancellation is made and confirmed prior to 60 days before your scheduled arrival. If the partial payment is not received within 7 days of the completed reservation, the reservation will be canceled in its entirety. The partial payments will be forfeited for failure to send the balance of the rental when due and for failure to arrive as committed.

Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance has not been added to this Agreement; however, we highly recommend that you obtain travel insurance.  

Refunds: There are no refunds for late check in or early check out, bad weather, or illness. If federal, state, or local authorities call for an evacuation in the event of a tropical storm, a refund will be made from the date the evacuation is ordered.

Cancellation Policy: There is a 60-day cancellation policy and a $200.00 cancellation fee. If written cancellation has been received from you prior to 60 days before your arrival, $200.00 plus any associated fees will be deducted from your deposit as a cancellation fee and the balance will be mailed back to the renter’s address.  No cancellation or changing of dates will be allowed within 60 days of your arrival date. If you must cancel your reservation within 60 days of your arrival, we cannot refund your deposit, or any rent collected, unless the rental is re-rented for the entire period for the same rental amount and prepayment has cleared.
