This spacious three-bedroom home has a gorgeous separate office/den for those remote workers or home business owners. It opens to a beautiful lake and pool view or simply close the French doors for privacy if needed. It can also be used as separate sleeping quarters. The home has a new separate laundry room with a newer LG washer/dryer for all your needs. The family room is large with a sizeable sectional and additional swivel seating. The dining area is a stunner with special lighting and artwork. The kitchen is new with white cabinetry, a separate wine fridge, and a coffee/wine bar. Everything in the cabinets is brand new and top-of-the-line brands like Ninja blenders, crockpot, Cuisinart, and Kitchen-aid small appliances and cookware!The kitchen also is equipped with a separate pantry giving guests plenty of room for their needs.

This home has plenty of storage with closets and a garage. The garage is fairly large and filled with your beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, floats, and outdoor games. We included board games also in our home for entertainment. This home has 4 brand new smart Samsung TVs in the family room and each bedroom. Soundbars are included in some.

You will never want to leave the lanai! It is an absolutely comfortable place with peace and serenity and privacy hedges. The pool can be heated and is accompanied by a small spa that has a waterfall into the pool. The scenery is outstanding in looking at the lake, the tropical trees, birds and bunnies. The lanai is well equipped with comfortable seating, a dining area, evening lighting, fans, an outdoor Sunbrite TV and a kitchen aid grill. To top it off-there is a pass-through from the kitchen.

You are only a bike ride away from the Berkshire shopping center with Publix, First Watch, Walgreens, Starbucks, WingStop, banks, gas stations, an ice cream parlor, hair salons and much more. This is an ideal location5 miles to Naples Pier and downtown restaurants and right in the middle of south Naples/Marco and North Naples/Vanderbilt. Please note the following monthly rates: December: $9,000, January thru March $13,000; April: $10,000; May Thru October $7,500; November: $8,000. Tenants responsible for 12% taxes, security deposit and departure cleaning.

Renters will be responsible for any electric over $300 per month generally for pool heating and above-average ac costs. Renters responsible for propane for grill. Owner pays cable/wifi. water, lawn and pool maintenance. NO smoking in the home or garage, no pets allowed.

Tennis/pickleball courts are available in the community with a fishing pier and walking trails and an additional community pool.
