On the immediate left you have another comfortable sofa that converts into a queen memory foam bed and a sitting area where you can relax, read a book or have a cup of coffee to start your morning.

Our chefs kitchen with stainless steel appliances is stocked with everything you'll need to make a great dishes for you and your loved ones. And yes, we have a wine cooler.

Huge dinning table comfortably sits 8-10 people for a great celebration or just a family dinner to enjoy with a view of the lanai/pool. 

THE BEDROOMS:

** Master bedroom has an upscale king size bed with memory foam mattress for a deep relaxing sleep, a 65" TV to enjoy, another glass wall for access to the lanai which gives a beautiful view of the sunset and pool. Tiled walk in-shower with clean linens, hair dryer, clothes steamer & other amenities all there for your use.

** 2nd bedroom offers a king size memory foam mattress, 55" TV & clothing storage options.

** 3rd bedroom offer a queen canopy bed, memory foam mattress & large closet

THE POOL/LANAI AREA:

This spacious pool area is perfect for lounging, having a cup of coffee or just enjoying the sun set making a lot of unforgettable memories.

** Gas grill

** Pool fountain will turn on automatically at 10 am and turn off at 5 pm.

** Pool lights can be turned on and off manually

ENTERTAINMENT OR JUST CHILL:

** Double garage has a pool table & darts, lots of games in the living room and a blue tooth speaker for your enjoyment.

** Beach chairs

EXTRAS:

** Washer and dryer is for your use when needed.

** Trash can and recycling can is located in the 3rd garage (trash pick up is on Tuesday, please take out the trash cans to the road on Monday night)

** Please note no animals or parties allowed at his place.

** There is a security camera outside the house.

 No parties or events allowed? No smoking allowed No pets allowed  No unregistered guests allowed  Absolutely No food in the Pool  Please No food or drink in the Bedrooms  Please turn the A/C to 75 degrees before you leave  Please clean after yourself  Please take out the trash before you leave  Absolutely no illegal substances allowed on the premises  Please take off beddings before leaving and place on floor  Check out time is 10AM, no exceptions.  A/C must be turned off when patio doors are open (you will be responsible for A/C tech fees if A/C freezes)  Trash day is very early Tuesday morning, please have the trash out on Monday nights. (trash and recycling can is located in 3rd Garage)
