Dear LeeAnn, I truly enjoyed staying at your condo. It was my first time booking a place to stay over the internet. I was skeptical at first not knowing how it was going to be like and whether I should risk sending out my money before seeing the place. After talking to you via the phone and email, I was more confident that this was legitimate. As expected, when I arrived at the condo, I was very pleased to find it being very cleaned and fully furnished. Furthermore, the location of the condo was very close to some of the more popular tourist attractions such as St. Pete Beach, Fort DeSoto and Clearwater Beach. I was very happy with my decision to book with you and I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in staying at a great place for a great price. We were very pleased that the units were very quiet, so we had a restful week. Your unit was also very clean, so your maid service is doing a great job and no bugs! We spent the previous week in a five-star resort at Orlando (expensive!) and it had real bug problems so we were glad to have no little critter visitors. We also had a great time shopping! We even found the Home Shopping Network outlet store on Hwy 19-since my mom is a fan of Home Shopping, this was a highlight for her and we all got some amazing bargains. To whom it may concern, Dear Sir or Madam, This letter is written to recommend accommodations and friendliness given to us by LeeAnn Doppel, and accommodations in St. Petersburg, more specifically the Bermuda Bay Beach and Racket Club. The location and condominium itself were outstanding. The two bedrooms allowed us privacy and affordability. The hot tub and the pool were phenomenal. We were far from everything, yet close enough to the beach and water, all amenities, and downtown St. Petersburg to enjoy a week of sun, fun and relaxation. With easy directions on and off the major arteries in the Gulf Coast the freedom of travel was within our reach. I would highly recommend the Bermuda Bay Club for anyone looking to relax in the sun, yet allowing all the opportunities Flroida has to offer. To Whom It May Concern, I would just like to say that I stayed at LeeAnn's condo in Florida and was extremely pleased. It was very clean, very cozy and had all the amenities, towels, sheets, etc., anyone would need. I especially liked the fact that it had two bedrooms and two baths, also two TV's. There was a lovely screened-in porch and a grill. It was very easy to find from the airport and close to stores and shopping. LeeAnn herself is very pleasant to work with and made it easy to find my way around. I was a little worried about finding a place over the Internet. My response: Yes it can be scary to rent something over the internet. Especially when booking direct with the owner. But just do your homework to make sure everything is what it is and you'll have a wonderful experience. (look up tax records, call the complex's office and HOA members, or management company. Mr. & Mrs. Frank Bianculli & Mr. & Mrs. Jack Belvedere We rented a condo from LeeAnn and we were very comfortable during our stay. Her place was very clean (no bugs), well furnished, and very well supplied with dishes, glasses, pot, pans, linens, and a lot of nice extras etc. Some very nice places were nearby such as John's Pass, St. Pete's Beach, Fort DeSoto Park, Dog races, lot of malls and very nice restaurants. We're from London and were looking for a condo which allowed us space and freedom. The apartment was excellent with all the things you want when you're away for a while like washing machine/tumble drier, TV in the bedroom etc. We became members of Blockbusters so watched a few good movies when we wanted to really chill out. The fact that local shops and amenities were so close by was also excellent. We were also keen tennis players so used the tennis courts a lot. People in Bermuda Bay were really friendly and the extra security on the gate gave us an added felling of protection. As keen golfers we played a number of great courses all of which offered different challenges. My wife and I thoroughly recommend it and found dealing with LeeAnn highly professional combined with a really caring attitude. We'll be back. Dear LeeAnn, Our September vacation to St. Petersburg, Florida was very enjoyable. We were happy that we found your condo. It was exactly as you advertised it on the Internet. We particularly liked that it was clean and had all the conveniences of home. The grounds were well maintained, and security gave us a safe feeling. This was a quiet place where we could relax. Hi LeeAnn, I just wanted to thank you for the rental of your condo at Bermuda Bay. The condo was really nice, beautifully furnished and very spacious with lots of storage. I also loved how you have a door code set up not having to carry a key was great. The convenience was excellent. We were able to visit Busch gardens (twice) and also Universal Studios in Orlando which was maybe less then 2 hrs away. I have 2 baseball fanatics, so we were able to take in a major league ball game and visit the Yankee stadium. You have no idea what that meant to my boys. We didn't stay much at the bay but went mostly to the beaches which were just beautiful. The kids were finding sand dollars and all kinds of shell fish. There are also some really nice restaurants we ate at one in St. Pete Beach that revolved. That was a treat for me. All in all we all had a really great time form my 17 yr old to my 7 yr old. My family rented your St. Petersburg Bermuda Bay condominium (unit 50B). Upon our arrival the unit was clean and well furnished. The unit was also provided with an assortment of kitchen supplies, laundry soap, toys games, maps, and tourist information pamphlets - all of which were useful and unexpected amenities. Instructions were clearly posted in the unit explaining the operation of the appliances, check-out procedures, key less door lock, how to contact someone for help, etc. We found the accommodations comfortable for the six of us, (2 adults and four children). The complex is attractive and nicely furnished with two outdoor pools, a spa, tennis court(s), a picnic area. The kids spent a lot of time in the pools. The complex also has a sandy beach on the inter coastal waterway close to one of the pools. Overall, we were satisfied with the accommodations. Stephen Miller My response: Glad you loved it. WE enjoyed the place very much. It's a very clean condo and has many things to do around the condo area. Shopping is right around the corner and great restaurants are there. there are many parks for your children to go to. The beach is 8 miles away and the sunsets are beautiful on their own private beach. You really meet a lot of fun people and it is a blast. We like to come here very year and enjoy the condo. We loved the condo, and the owner was wonderful to work with. We rented the condo for two months while looking for a place to live. We found a place and just moved in. I miss the condo!! The condo is move in ready all you need is your personal items and some food. We loved the location so much that we just moved about 3 miles away. It is close to everything. We stayed at LeeAnn's St Petersburg Florida condo for the month of September. I stayed there with my wife Alisa and two small girls Josie (6) and Becky (4) and we had the time of our lives! First of all the condo is in a gated private community which was an important aspect for me because I wanted my family to feel safe. The condo was also very clean and inviting and we quickly made it our temporary home. The girls had their own room and bathroom which was very important for them. We also enjoyed the two private pools and the private beach which had an amazing sun set which we saw almost every night. The experience was so peaceful and relaxing that we can't wait to come back and experience it again! David Rutgos My response: Oh those sunsets! Perfect, and perfectly different every night. I hope you met other friendly people like yourselves at the sunsets. You can sit alone in quiet, or you can just walk up and join any group already there. I'm glad the girls loved "their bathroom". ------
My husband Tom and I spent a month in LeeAnn's condo. We appreciated the spaciousness, cleanliness, and the fact that it was fully outfitted. The location was perfect; close to family and Fort De Soto. We took advantage of the pool and jacuzzi on the bay, the tennis and racquetball courts, and the shuffleboard courts. An added convenience was having the washer and dryer in the unit. We look forward to a return visit! My response: Having the washer and dryer is a huge bonus! I'm glad you liked having them too. I would have to say that my stay at LeeAnn's was a very pleasant experience. I had a few changes in my travel plans and LeeAnn was very flexible. The whole Island has a Key West feel to it. The condo itself is well equipped with a great view. 2 pools and Jacuzzi, workout room in a secure area in a beautiful setting at a reasonable price. What more can you ask for in a vacation. I stayed there over 2 months and saw dolphins almost every day. I would stay there again except that I liked it so much that I bought a place there!!! I would highly recommend LeaAnn to anyone. "Home from home" "My wife and I and our two young children stayed at this condo for one month last August 2012. This was for the second year running. This condo has all you need for great vacation from cutlery to toys for the beech and pool. The complex has two pools and a small picturesque beech. I stayed in LeeAnn's condo with my two children (10 & 7) along with my niece and her son (9). The condo was perfect for our needs...very clean, comfortable, all the provisions needed, quick access to stores, and an easy drive to the beaches. The resort complex felt very safe and the pool areas were great. I would highly recommend this condo for a family or some friends wanting a fun getaway. We've stayed in this community two years in a row while on orders at MacDill AFB and we'll be back again (20-30 minute drive to/from AFB). This condo is on the main floor of the building, so it doesn't get a great deal of sunlight, which is nice for keeping the Florida heat down. Our home kitchen was being remodeled when I left and it was nice to walk into a kitchen that was fully functional and fully equipped with everything I needed to cook meals again. It's a 10 minute drive to Gulf beaches. We stayed with our sons (10 & 8). We spend a lot of time at the pool and playing football on the beach (on Boca Ciega Bay) and were on the nature trail that edges up to the property every day. We've seen dolphin, birds, gators and lots more (the jury is out on whether we actually saw a manatee or not.) We were there over 4th of July and the fireworks over the bay (shot off in Gulfport) were spectacular; pack a cooler, bring some lawn chairs and hang out with the crowd along the shore. Being on the main floor we were able to use the BBQ grill, which was a nice option to have. LeeAnn was great, very responsive and staying in her condo felt like staying in a relative's home. This condo has it all. Location, quiet, paths, private bay beach, pools, hot tub, BBQ, washer/dryer, close to shopping and dining and activities. Stay here! My response: The weather is always "just right". I hope you come back to "Always Summer" again soon. -----
We found LeeAnn's condo to be very comfortable and clean, the bathroom and kitchen were updated. LeeAnn was wonderful to work with... any questions or issues we had were addressed in a timely manner. It was obvious that she wanted to be sure we enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable with a small screened in porch with a Southern exposure that I was able to use as a studio for painting. The location is great, with bicycle and walking trails that go all the way to Gulfport, downtown St Petersburg and St Pete beach. The large swimming pool, tennis courts and racquet ball court, plus large laundry are right there and the hot tub, beach, club house and other pool are very near with bonus sunset views! Do not expect a sunny bright interior, the way this condo is built you are not surrounded by windows and the furniture is practical and functional. However, you will love the location and find that the amenities, the Florida sun and temperature and the art venues, restaurants, parks and beaches will have you wanting to come back next year and this is a great place to stay!!!
