Perfect location for everything or nothing!Quiet but just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, theme parks, live music, steps away from the free trolley stand that runs all the way to Coquina Beach and St Armand's Circle. 2 Blocks away from Keyes Marina if you are a boater! About Owner
I was raised on a fish camp in Central Florida on Lake Kissimmee. I have always enjoyed accommodating people's vacations and fun memory-making events. I have been hosting folks in these condos since 2009 and am proud to say that most of my tenants are repeat visitors.
I rent minimum weekly, Saturday to Saturday and sometimes I can accommodate special requests for dates depending on availability.
I would love to become your annual home away to vacay hostess! I have great rapport with my guests and some of them have become very dear friends. We frequently chat throughout the year! It's always nice to make new friends!

Cancellation Policy
FOR WEEKLY RESERVATIONS, PLEASE CANCEL ASAP BUT PREFERABY AT LEAST 4 WEEKS PRIOR- MONTHLY RESERVATIONS DURING HIGH SEASON, PLEASE CANCEL 2 MONTHS PRIOR if at all possible- But I understand 'things' happen... In addition, if there is an event like red tide or some other natural issue, I refund in FULL.I ACCEPT EVERYTHING EXCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS

"This property exceeded my expectations in every way. When looking for properties online, many times the photos look much nicer than the actual property. That wasn't the case with this condo. Everything was beautiful and just as shown in the pictures. The beach location and view was outstanding and the property was also very close to the trolley stop, which made getting around the island so easy. Even better than the property and location was Carol. She was always so very quick to get back with me and did everything in her power to make this a wonderful trip. I loved everything about this property so much that I am already making plans for a return visit!"

"Location of this condo can't be beaten The newly remodeled kitchen and living area overlook the beautiful Gulf ocean. We stayed a week and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We weren't completely satisfied with the bed and told the owner. She's getting the entire bed replaced! Amazing owner!! Neighborhood is quiet and very safe. Finally, the beach is private, so don't worry about not getting a great spot by the ocean."

"Wow, this is a gorgeous condo! Carol was so kind and easy to work with. The property was perfect. Had everything you would need to enjoy a week at the ocean. My kids loved the giant beautiful white sandy beach area. We saw dolphins everyday. Location was great and within walking distance to a few restaurants. Stay for 2 weeks, 1 is not enough!"
