About Owner
Farah, her mother Carol and sister Mina formed this business as a family labor of love they could all do together.
Carol is a retired mom who loves and support her two daughter. This has been great way for her to feel productive and proud of her accomplishments in her senior year.
Mina is a famous infectious disease specialist making her mark in preventing aids and contagious diseases in countries around the word.
Farah is an entrepreneur with a travel agency. This project is very special to her tin being connected with her mom and sister.
We aim to offer a first class and memorable experience for the guests who are kind enough to trust us with their vacation.

House Rules
Quiet hours after 10pm. Please be respectful of neighbors at all hours and control loud noise and music. Enjoy socializing at conversation levels but no yelling please. The neighbors appreciate it.
Terms & Conditions
Booking guest must be 21 years or older. Guest agrees to respect the Pinellas County Short Term Rental rules which require quiet hours after 10pm. Guest will respect home items and be agree to replace or pay for any item damaged by their own fault. Guest will let host know the number of guests, pets and communicate any concern or issue so that the host may address. Guest will smoke only in outdoor areas and refrain from any illegal activity.
Cancellation Policy
30 Day or greater notice gets full refund.
2 Weeks to 29 days notice gets 50% refund
13 days or less notice gets no refund
