House Rules
CODE OF CONDUCT 1. Location: The unit is located on the 18th floor, #1801. Door code is sent day of arrival. 2. Check in is 4pm central. Check out is 10am central. 3. Parking: Enter the building through main entrance (not gated). Drive up to the 6th level to park in the reserved space marked 1801. If any other vehicle is parked in the space notify me to have towed. 4. Wristbands and parking: Pay security at the entrance for the resort fee. Or after you get settled go to concierge desk in lobby to pay the $115 resort fee for 10 wristbands to be worn at all times, and two parking passes. 5. Supplies: Only starter kits are provided. Small supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergent, trash bags, etc. 6...
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Refund 100% excluding deposit with 120+ days notice prior to check in date. 50% refund for cancellations 60+ days prior to check in date. No refund for cancellations <60 days prior to check in. The deposit is kept if cancellation is made. In the event of a mandatory evacuation due to weather the guest has the option to reschedule to a date agreeable to both parties, but no refund.
