General Policies
No pets allowed by condo association.
House Rules
Strict one-month minimum rental period and 7-10 Days notice required for reservations per Association Rules. There is a $150 application fee for guests. Covered parking spot on 2nd level plus guest spots. On-site security (gated). Laundry shared among 8 units on the floor.Kids allowed, but we have open balconies on the 10th floor so not appropriate for small children and climbers.
