BED & BATH

Three bedrooms and two baths are all on one level (Peach Hideaway has no stairs).

The first bedroom has a king-size Sleep Number bed.

The second bedroom has a trundle/bunkbed setup that sleeps up to 4. The top bunk and tucked-away trundle both have twin-size mattresses; the middle bed is a full-size.

The third bedroom features a queen-size bed and sliding door access to the pool and deck.

The bathrooms are conveniently located at the front and back at the house, and neither is an en-suite. The larger of the two features a walk-in shower; the second has a tub/shower combination. A separate sink in the third bedroom makes morning and evening routines even easier.

GULFPORT AND BEYOND

Peach Hideaway is is a 15-minute walk from the beach, downtown Gulfport's shops and restaurants, and from the pier. And there's always something happening in Gulfport, a self-proclaimed "small town with a big heart." From the bi-weekly art walks and weekly farmers markets to yearly festivals celebrating the arts, the beach, and life in general, you'll find a cheerful, welcoming attitude in Gulfport that's downright addictive. You might not want to leave!

But there is more to explore beyond Gulfport: Treasure Island, St. Pete and St. Pete Beach are equally beautiful, and all a quick 15-minute drive from Peach Hideaway.

Pet Policy: Pets with prior approval only and with payment of pet cleaning fee.

This home is not suitable for parties or weddings or "events" of any kind.

Three spots are available on the property. You may park additional vehicles on the street.

Pet allergies: All homes are pet-friendly. This means that a pet has been in the home at some time. If you have pet allergies and do not take medication for them, you should not rent our homes. This does not mean that the home has not been cleaned, it simply means that we will not refund your money if you rent a "pet-friendly" home and find it aggravates your allergies.

Allergies to cleaning products: We generally make environmentally-friendly cleaning products available in our homes, including Mrs. Meyers and Honest Company products. However, our homes are cleaned by a professional cleaning company and we do not guarantee that some portion of the home has not been cleaned with a more "traditional" cleaning product.

Pool: The pool is swim at your own risk. There are alarms on the back doors so that you are alerted if the doors are opened or closed. No lifeguard will be on duty. Currently, pool service is late Thursday afternoons. If you are arriving on a Wednesday, that means that the pool may not have been cleaned for a week. Most times of the year this is not an issue, however, if it has been raining heavily there may be some sediment on the bottom. If the pool is a central reason you are reserving this home, or if you have allotted certain days of your trip to hang out by the pool vs going to the beach, please let us know IN ADVANCE and we will see what we can do about supplementing this cleaning schedule.

Two seasons: High and Standard

High Season: If your reservation includes ANY dates between December 1st and April 30th, your reservation is in the High Season and you are covered by the High Season deposit policy and the High Season cancellation policy.

High Season Deposit Policy and Cancellation Policy: If your reservation includes ANY dates between December 1st and April 30th you are covered by the “High Season” cancellation policy. For High Season reservations, you must pay an initial payment of $500 to reserve it. This payment is nonrefundable if you cancel at any time. Your next payment is due 90 days prior to arrival and this payment too is nonrefundable once paid, regardless of your reason for cancellation. For these stay...

For these stays then, if you cancel more than ninety (90) days prior to the start of your lease term, you will lose your initial $500 payment. If you cancel ninety (90) days prior to the start of the lease term or less, you will NOT receive a refund. For these winter rentals, cleaning fees and pet charges will be refunded if they have been paid (i.e., if you have made the second payment.) If you book online, please know that our booking engine applies the Standard cancellation and deposit schedule by default. You will be required to complete a rental agreement applying the High Season cancellation and deposit policy prior to confirmation.

Standard Season Deposit Policy and Cancellation Policy : All other reservations (those with ALL stay dates outside of December 1 to April 30th) are covered by our Standard cancellation policy. If you cancel your occupancy more than sixty (60) days before the lease term begins, there is a $200 cancellation fee. Also for these reservations, if you cancel within sixty (60) days of the start of the scheduled arrival date/lease term, you will NOT receive a refund of any amounts other than the refundable security deposit, pet fees and the cleaning fee, IF THOSE HAVE BEEN PAID.
