Sol y Mar is owned by Andrew and Adriana, both lifelong Florida residents and travel enthusiasts. We chose this property because of its large yard space, privacy, and location on a very quiet street. We also love the mid-century character of the home and proximity to both the beach and the intracoastal, which is great for kayaking and paddle boarding.

"This was my second year visiting Sol Y Mar. This year, I brought my 81 year old father with the family, he enjoyed hanging out on the lounger under the shade of the palm trees while the kids played in the pool. We loved riding the bikes around the island as well. We'll be back! "

"We've been coming to Anna Maria Island for several years and recently discovered Sol Y Mar. We love the quiet location with nice private pool. The work area upstairs and extra family room in the back of the house are both nice pluses as well, there's a lot of room in the house to spread out. We'll be back next year for sure. "
