Terms & Conditions
$ 1575 week plus $ 165 cleaning fee and dry cleaning fee,12% tax ($189) and Security deposit of $ 250 required. 25% due at time of booking. Balance due one month prior to rental start date. Payment by VENMO or ZELLE or personal check (only) sent via overnight mail or registered mail.
Cancellation Policy
6 month cancellation with 100% refund. 25% down at time of booking. Balance due 1 month prior to rental start date.

"This condo is perfect! The condo has recently been updated and, is very clean and spacious. The views from the 4 different balconies are breathtaking! The best part is that you are steps from the beach! We also took advantage of the heated pool and, fishing off the dock. We walked to the Coquina Beach Market on Wednesday and Friday which I highly suggest checking out. You are also very close to Beer Can Island and, Bridge Street. The owner was great to work with!"
This Condo Has Everything!
"This condo was beautiful from the views, to the amenities, to the accommodations. It is located on the narrowest part of the island with access just steps away from the beach, fishing dock on bayside, free trolley and pool. The fishing off the dock at night was great. It is close enough to walk to the shops, bars and restaurants at Bridge St. I used to live there so I can attest to the fact that Anna Maria Island is a great place to vacation! The condo is very spacious, updated and clean. The owner is very pleasant, responsive and has added nice details to the unit. You will love vacationing here!"

"Wir haben mit unseren Freunden aus Orlando eine Woche einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Das Appartement ist bis auf die letzte Kleinigkeit ausgestattet. Vier Balkone haben dem Ganzen nochmal einen ganz besonderen Reiz gegeben. Alles war super, das Appartement war sehr sauber, ***** fuer das Appartement."

"We spent a week with another couple at this beautiful condo. We had great expectations and were not disappointed! The location is perfect and the views-oh my goodness! Four balconies all with water views of either the gulf or the bay. You can watch sunrise or sunset without even leaving the condo or you can walk across the street right on to the beach and watch from there. Condo is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with what we needed. We ate every meal out on the balcony- ceiling fans and sliding glass doors allowed great breezes. As seniors we were a little concerned about the 34 steps to the second floor but there are several landings and we had no trouble at all. Thank you Sue for your hospitality and we hope to return soon!"

"Sorry to say that this is our last time renting at Coquina Moorings. It has been a lovely place to spend our winters for the last 10+ years during January and February. The views are incredible! Only drawbacks are the 36 steps we had to climb and the road noise of Gulf Drive. It has close by shopping, walking, fishing piers on either side are terrific, pool is great, and so convenient to P.O. and restaurants! No problem getting across Gulf Drive to the beach either and wonderful shelling after a storm. Hard to leave behind."
