Cancellation Policy
90 Days prior to arrival date guests will receive 95% of the reservation as a refund. Arrivals 90 days and less receive no refunds.

Fantastic Condo with Great Amenities!
"Staying at this Tradewinds property was the best experience I've had through multiple visits to AMI. The condo is newly updated and clean, and they've thought of the little details to make life easier. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was fantastic, but providing the tidy pods and the dishwasher pods was a really nice convenience. The neighbors were very friendly. The pool is heated which was great for our little one as much of the week was in the low 70s during our visit. The beach is right across the road and they provide chairs, toys, and a wagon to transport everything! We plan to come back and we hope to stay here again!"
