The  top level observation room with exterior deck overlooks the Gulf offering island views with extraordinary sunsets. This room with a Queen pull out couch, surrounded on 3 sides with windows for indoor viewing also doubles as a 4th bedroom.

One floor below the observation room, you will enjoy a tastefully decorated open living area complete with large flat screen TV, large comfy couch, fully equipped kitchen, dining area coffee/drink bar area and full bath.

Our screened balcony at tree-top level extends the living space outdoors to take advantage of the beautiful natural scenery and tropical island atmosphere.

The master bedroom with king bed, and master bath are located one floor below the main level. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, as well as a third full bath and washer/dryer are also located on this level.  

Only steps to miles of beach with no crowds or cars!

Included for our guests are a Golf cart, two single kayaks, one double kayak, one child kayak,  ample beach chairs, towels, umbrellas,  and  propane grill to complete your island getaway experience.

Enjoy glorious sunrises and sunsets that will be a favorite lasting memory for future years to come. 

Bring your poles and fish off the beach, or bring your own boat or charter for some of the best inshore and deep sea fishing in the country.

Our island paradise is not accessible by car. Enjoy a short boat ride with views of the islands, birds and dolphins on one of 2 ferry companies, take your private boat or fly your private plane in and walk to the property with landing and tie-down privileges.
