"This was a great find when planning an extended family trip for Grandma's 100th birthday! Space for all family members and an amazing kitchen and living room set up. Walked to the beach one morning... great options for food/groceries closeby... Host met us when we checked in and explained some details about the house. Really really happy with our stay! Great location
"The home was located in Pompano close to the beach and Ft Lauderdale. Beautiful home with 3 good sized rooms with large beds. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal. The home was very clean and tidy. There were some minor cosmetic flaws throughout the home but overall it was perfect for my families weekend vacation. Great location, great home with good sleeping variability, close to beach and lots of good food just blocks away."

"Nos gustó mucho la casa de Lance. Tiene una gran sala de estar-comedor-cocina, muy cómoda y con todo lo necesario a la mano, perfecto para estar en familia. Las camas son excelentes, lo que se agradece mucho cuando uno está fuera de casa. Y la ubicación inmejorable, al lado de tiendas, restaurantes, a cinco minutos de la playa en auto, en un tranquilo y seguro vecindario. Checkin issue 4 * but overall great!
"Overall, the place and location are great. The beach is very nice, clean water, good sand, not overcrowded, and great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The house has many nice updates, an excellent and usable kitchen, three nice bedrooms, and the hot tub was night in the evenings. I used the grill most nights, and even the grill was very clean and easy to use. One of our main goals was to have easy access to the beach. The walk to the beach was about 15 minutes, and a little longer than ideal, but it was not bad at all and I walked there about 3 times/day. Because we had a baby and my parents are older, next time I might look for something a little closer, but honestly, I don't know that there were any homes much closer to the beach. All of the beachfront property were condos. I'm sure the condos come with their own pros and cons. Lance was great and was very responsive any time I had a question. The only issue we had was during check in, and I am sure this was a rare hiccup, but it is worth mentioning. Again, if it were just me, or a bunch of 20 somethings, I would not really mind, but because I had a baby and grandparents in tow, the checkin experience was less than ideal. We were supposed to check in at 4 pm, and when we arrived at the house at 5 pm, exhausted from traveling with a crying baby, 7 year old, and my 70 something old parents, we came to the home with loud vacuuming/floor cleaning. At that point, I'd rather the floors be clean, so I did not protest, but part of what you pay for is a pleasant checkin experience. We honored the time we had to checkin, but the place was not ready, and there was no apology or any kind of concession. Even with the slight checkin hiccup, I'd give the place an an overall 4 out of 5 stars. The checkin did not ruin our experience and we had a great time. Lance was a very nice guy, his home was great, and it would be a great place for a family, or a group of friends"

"This house was perfect for our trip! Everything we needed was included in the house, everything was clean and super nice and Lance was an awesome host. The location of the house was amazing because of all the restaurants, stores and the beach super close. Highly recommended staying here if you are looking for a house in the area!"

Well located
"Lance is very helpful and communicative and his home is well-located within just a few minutes of the beach. Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived. It can be a challenge to find at first as the street number is not displayed on the house (as far as we could tell), but it's a nice place."

Great neighborhood!
"Everything that is posted on the house is what you should expect, And then some. Location was so close to the beach, the liquor store ( since we hosted a party) Supermarket and even a dollar tree within blocks. Easy for people that are traveling and left things behind or needed a last minute item to complete their stay at the house. We had my husband‘s 60th surprise birthday party since I couldn’t do it in my own house Great neighborhood & plenty of room for all!"

Sweet hot tub!
"This was the most spectacular stay! The house was exactly as shown in the posting, and the host was truly a super host! He was so nice, very accommodating, but and great at communication. The house was super clean and offered all the amenities that we needed including fresh towels for bathing and using the sweet hot tub. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances you could want on a vacation stay. I definitely recommend this place for everyone! Thank you Lance!"

No beach umbrella
"We enjoyed our girls trip to Pompano Beach and our stay at Lance's place. It was easily walkable to the beach and having beach towels was a great amenity. We enjoyed the hot tub and slack line in the backyard as well. There was no shampoo in the bathrooms or bath soap, not a big deal but the listing said it was provided. There was also no beach umbrella."

"We had a group of 8, (2 couples and 4 singles) and it was comfortable and exactly what we needed. Walking distance to Pompano beach and not a far drive to ft Lauderdale. We had a great time and if in the area again will definitely be booking."

"Lance Communicated very well with me and check in was a breeze. His place is very clean and comfortable or 8 guest. It’s 2 minutes from the beach, a lot of cool local shops, restaurants around the corner, and the neighborhood is very quit. His place has a brand new washer and dryer, spacious fridge, comfortable couches, and backyard great for grilling. I would definitely recommend this stay to friends and family."
