We use enhanced EPA cleaning practices in our condo between guests, disinfecting products used to clean prior to your arrival as well as a supply of these products in the condo for your use. Marco Island is located in the area of the southwest Gulf known as the Paradise Coast. It is just north of the Everglades and just south of Naples. Because of Marco's location, it offers not only many opportunities for activities locally, but access to all the amenities that Naples and the Everglades have to offer. The Marco area is loaded with opportunities for water sports, night life, zoos, museums, and water parks. It's also a rich source of live entertainment including comedy clubs, amateur and professional theater, and an assortment of night clubs and music. The natural habitat right outside your window is a wonder to behold. Take guided nature walks on the beach and learn about the shells, birds, turtles and other creatures that live there. You may prefer to just kick back and relax. What better place to do it from than one of our condos in Marco Island. Other Activities: Added activities include canoeing, kayaking, bird watching, shopping, live theater and movie theater and new to South Seas in 2012 are two Bocce Ball Courts and one Shuffleboard court and 8 Pickle Ball Courts. There are now 7 Har-Tru Tennis courts.

We reside in NH and bought this, our 707 condo,in 1997. We love visiting Marco, but can't do it as often as we would like. After buying our first condo (304) we decided that we would like to get another one 5 years later. We looked at many condo associations, but none matched South Seas in beauty and amenities so we ended up buying a second one in the same association. We have never regretted our decision although much of the time we spend down there is working on our condos. We try very hard to make it just like home for our guests and have many people who come every year who consider it that. We now only have our 707 condo as our 304 condo was sold in 2021. You must register at the office upon arrival. There is a $100 registration fee payable to the office.
Our condo is suitable for seniors; however, it cannot accommodate wheelchairs. The pool facilities are right on the property. It is a very deep beach. if you have walking issues and you are a beach goer, please ask me about the suitability of the walk to the water
Terms & Conditions
Please add 12% FL tax, $79 rental agent processing fee, $50 damage insurance fee, and a $150 cleaning fee to quoted fees.
We use a licensed rental agency located right down the street from our condos to book. Once you decide to book I will give them your contact information. They will reserve your dates and send you a contract to sign and return. As mentioned, they are licensed by the State of FL so you can be sure that this is a legitimate rental and that your money is secure.
All fees are subject to change without notice.
Payment Schedule: Payments are separated into 2 installments. Fifty percent(50%) will be due 3 days after booking. Remaining fifty percent(50%) will be due 150 days prior to arrival. If booking happens within 150 days, only 1 payment will be due, 3 days after booking. If booking takes place within 2 weeks of arrival, payment by credit card will be required. Payments may be made by Visa or MasterCard. A 3% service charge will be added if you make a payment by Visa or MasterCard. You can e-pay on my agent's website to avoid credit card fee, but not within two weeks of the rental. They do allow for guests to overnight a check. If check is not received by payment due date reservation will be cancelled.

"When summer ends and we know winter is just 4 months later, our joy is knowing we will be in Marco in January. it's our 3rd year back with this condo. Booking is easy and the place is immaculate. The view is always breathtaking and the pickleball courts are fantastic. We love this condo! The condo owners are fab too and great communicators. "

Great beachfront condo with an awesome view!
" The communication between the owner, Lorraine, and also the Marco rental agency was excellent. The condo was great and provided everything we needed for our beach vacation, so we didn't have to worry about bringing things such as towels or going to buy an umbrella, chairs or cooler. A beach wagon for pulling it all was even provided. We also appreciated all of the little extras provided, such as paper towels and dish/hand soaps. The view from the balcony was amazing. The location and complex overall were awesome. Even enjoyed the pickleball courts! We definitely recommend and would love to stay again! "

"I want to highlight how special the interaction I had with Lorraine. If I had a question before or during our visit, she responded so quickly and friendly. By the end of our trip, she wrote to say that she enjoyed our chats. But that was not the end of it. One day after our stay, I realized that I left my jewelry at the condo! My husband told me not to worry, because Lorraine would make sure it got back to me and she did."
