The bedroom has its own 55in smart TV and king bed. It also has direct access to the pool. The second bedroom also has a king bed. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and separate twin bed and trundle bed. The Florida room with edison lights is a great place to eat and relax. There is a large table for 10 plus outdoor wicker furniture. The pool area is just outside the Florida room as is great for cooling off from the heat.

Ample parking in driveway. You can walk or bike 2 miles to the beach. The Pinellas trail is just over 1/2 mile from the house.

Pool is heated Mid October to Mid April only. It will be heated during the day and should reach 80-85 degrees. This is controlled remotely and guest will not be able to change it.

Note quiet hours are 10pm to 9am. This is a residential area and strictly enforced. This includes sound monitoring software.

There is a video doorbell at the entrance of the property. There is also a camera on the back fence facing the fence. This does not have any view of the pool. This is strictly used to monitor activity from behind the fence coming into the property. Please reach out with any questions.
