CALYPSO COVERED PARKING GARAGE
The Calypso Resort Towers Association (Towers I & II) is responsible for the garage utilized by all three Calypso Resort Towers.
Guests requiring vehicle parking are required to register and pay a separate $60 Guest Registration Fee to that association.
A link will be emailed prior to your, arrival to complete this registration and to make payment to the association.
They will email your GUEST PARKING PASS. You will need to scan this pass at the Calypso Garage Entry Gate,
To avoid delays as you enter the Calypso garage, be sure you purchase and print this pass prior to your arrival!
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIMES:
Check in time is 4PM, BUT there is good chance that you can have early check in.
We text our incoming guests as soon as Dolphin's Dream is cleaned and ready!
Check out time is 9AM to give our housekeeper an early start.
So hopefully YOU can have early check in! I will text you when the condo is ready!
We ask our guests to let us know if they leave before 9AM.

You will not forget the luxurious pool at Calypso Tower III. The pool offers approxinately 8000 Square feet of surface with a geometric shape that holds about 204,000 gallons of heated water! Guests have the benefit of year round swimming in the pool with easy zero-entry access at the southeast end and an island with two shade-protected extensions at the northwest end for summertime enjoyment.
A third floor "Walkover" connects Tower III and the garage to Towers I and II and take middle elevator to first floor where 543 feet of beachfront with sugar white sand beaches and the emerald green waters are waiting for you...

Our one-bedroom sleeps 6 with twin bunkbeds in an alcove off the hallway.
Two full baths. One off the hallway with tub/shower, and the Master Bedroom has a walk-in glass door shower with built-in seat.

No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarette in Dolphin's Dream. NOT EVEN ON THE BALCONY!
No pets. Son is highly allergic, please do not ask us to make an exception.
Minimum age of primary renter is 25..
We do not rent to anyone under age 25 without parents or guardians present the entire stay.
Only registered guests are permitted in our condo. Maximum occupany is 6 persons.
Violatiions will result in forfeiture of the deposit and eviction without refund.
Only registered guests are permitted to use the Tower III Calypso Resort amenities.
Calypso wristbands (waiting for you inside the condo:) must be worn when enjoying the pool areas and workout facilities.
$50 replacement charge for lost wristbands. There are 6 on the "dolphin" rack as you enter!
Rates are frequently adjusted and subject to change until your booking is confirmed, and do not include cleaning, resort fee and tax. Rates DO include Seasonal BeachChair/Umbrella Setups ($50/daily value) !

FRIENDLY REMINDERS OF CALYPSO TOWER III RULES & REGULATIONS:
POOL:
HOURS OF ENJOYMENT 9AM - 10PM
Glass is prohibited in the pool area.
Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult.
Flotation devices, balls, noodles, and similar objects are not allowed in the pool area.
Babies must wear swim diapers.
Appropriate swimming attire is required in the pool area. Denim shorts and thongs are not appropriate.
BEACH ACCESS:
TOWER III Guests may use the Tower I and II beach access, which is located on the ground level in the center between Towers I and II.
Public Beach Access 53 is conveniently located to the West of Tower II. TWO RESERVED BEACH CHAIRS & HUGE UMBRELLA AWAIT YOU!
GYM:
HOURS OF ENJOYMENT 9AM - 10PM
Children under the age of 16 just be accompanied by a parent.
Non-slip athletic shoes, shirts, and approriate attire must be worn.
Equipment must be wiped down/sanitzed after use.
Wear your Tower III Calypso wrist band.
PARKING
Loading and unloading zones are the paved parking areas right in front of the two entries (elevator acess) of Calypso Tower III.
You can park here for up to 15 minutes.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:
We will send you a link to PURCHASE ($50 paid directly online to the Calypso Association) and PRINT your parking pass.
You will need to scan the printed pass for entry into the covered garage,
and to EXIT the covered parking garage.
DISPLAY THE PARKING PASS on your dashboard while parked in the Calypso parking garage or around the perimeter.
Unauthorized vehicles (without the parkiing pass displayed) are subject to being towed at the owner's expense.
LUGGAGE CARTS
Carts are located on level 3 of the parking garage. Level 3 of the Calypso parking garage offers crossovers to Calypso Towers 1, 2, and 3.
A driver's license may be required to secure a luggage cart.
WRISTBANDS must be worn at all times to ensure your safety and privacy at the resort. $50 Charge for lost wristbands.
TRASH - Please place bagged trash in the North or South trash chutes located on the far ends of each floor.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING in Calypso's pool and common areas, including the TIKI BARS. CALYPSO III is a 100% SMOKE FREE RESORT!
NO PETS: Guests are not permitted to bring pets.
DO NOT ALLOW ANYTHING TO DROP OR BE THROWN FROM THE BALCONY. IT IS A FELONY IN FLORIDA AND YOU COULD BE ARRESTED AND EVICTED.
We do not assume responsibility, directly or indirectly, for any loss, damage, or injury to personal property or person in connection with your stay.
Personal property and personal effects are at all times the sole responsibility of the guests and cannot be used against the owner in the court of law.

CALYPSO RESORT TOWER III offers a 24/7 Customer Care Center for your safety and convenience!
BOOK OUR CONDO! A $300 deposit will hold your dates, refundable if cancelled at least 60 days prior to your scheduled check in date.
At check in, it becomes your damage deposit, refundable after checkout provided terms of the rental agreement are met.
The rent total is due at least 60 days prior to check in, along with a copy of your driver's license, and the signed the rental agreement.
Rent is 100% refundable if you cancel at least 60 days before your scheduled check-in date.
Rent is 50% refundable if you cancel at least 30 days before your scheduled check-in date.
No refund if you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled check-in date.
If this is a concern, please purchase a "cancel for any reason" trip insurance policy.
We require a signed Rental Agreement along with a copy of your Driver's License.

We want your stay to be pleasant one!
It's as easy as One, Two, Three - but it IS required of every Calypso guest.
1) REGISTER ONLINE AND PAY THE $60 REGISTRATION FEE DIRECTLY TO THE CALYPSO HOA FOR A PARKING PASS.
***PRINT YOUR PARKING PASS AT HOME!
You MUST have your PRINTED PARKING PASS when you arrive at the garage to avoid delays.
2) SCAN the PRINTED PARKING PASS to raise the gate and enter the garage.
3) DISPLAY the PRINTED PARKING PASS in your vehicle's dashboard while parked in CALYPSO'S GARAGE or CALYPSO RESORT'S OUTSIDE PARKING.
Failure to display the PRINTED PASS could result in your vehicle being towed at your expense.
NOTE: This is regrettable when it happens, but because of our perfect location, non-authorized vehicles have been known to park in Calypso's garage while at the beach or Pier Park. Your PRINTED PARKING PASS will let our Calypso Security Team know that you are an authorized guest!

TOWER III at CALYPSO 3-305 RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Rental Agreement requires your signature of acceptance. You must sign the Rental Agreement where indicated as "Lessee", and print your name below your signature. Since you are the person accepting responsibility, be sure that all persons who will be sharing the facility with you are familiar with the rules and limitations pertaining to the facility.
CALYPSO 305 TOWER III RENTAL AGREEMENT
Kerry Schrand-Rawe and Ryan Rawe, Lessors, lease to Lessee the lodging facility, Tower III at Calypso Resort, Unit 3-305, 15928 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach, 32413.

RENT, CLEANING, TAX = TOTAL $_____________, PLUS DAMAGE DEPOSIT.
This total is due at least 60 days prior to check in, and is 100% refundable if your reservation is cancelled at least 60 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, or 50% refundable if your reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. No refund will be given if you cancel less than 30 days prior to your scheduled check-in date. You have the option to purchase trip cancellation insurance if this is a concern. Late check out will result in loss of your damage deposit.
Damage Deposit: Your deposit will be refunded within 14 days of check out, provided the condo is maintained in the same condition as it was found, reasonable wear and tear accepted, and no late checkout. Cooking areas shall be left as clean as they were upon arrival, and the floor swept clean of food crumbs. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning or repair charges deducted from your damage deposit. Prior to your possession, we have taken a detailed inventory of the contents of the facility. Lessee agrees to replace or pay for losses, breakage or damage should such occur.
LIMITATIONS:
NO SMOKING, E-CIGARETTES, OR VAPOR PRODUCTS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE CONDO OR THE BALCONY.
PETS: NO PETS ALLOWED.
AGE: We do not rent to under age 25 without parents or guardian present during the entire stay. Violations result in forfeiture of the deposit and eviction without refund.
WRISTBANDS: Lessee agrees to ensure that all (6) Calypso wristbands are to be left on the rack in the hallway, and agrees to pay a $50 replacement fee for each lost Calypso wristband.
MAINTENANCE: Lessee shall allow maintenance access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. During your stay, promptly report all maintenance items and we will respond to them as soon as possible. Refunds are not made for inclement weather, lack of public utilities, the unavailability of private community amenities, mechanical failures or malfunctioning equipment. There is no guarantee that pool will be heated. These amenities are extras provided in addition to the condominium rental.
CONSTRUCTION: Construction and repair may be adjacent to or near this vacation rental property. You may reserve this property at a time when no construction or repair is nearby, but construction or repair could begin prior to your arrival or during your stay.
SECURITY: Lessor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or items left behind. Lock your car doors and keep the condo doors locked when you are away.
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY: No refunds will be given unless the state or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation. We will refund any unused portion of your rent from the date that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation, until the order is lifted. If you are scheduled to arrive during a mandatory evacuation, we will refund the unused portion of your rent if you want to shorten your stay and come in after the mandatory evacuation order is lifted. No refunds for dates that there was no mandatory evacuation.
OCCUPANCY: To ensure your safety we cannot exceed the maximum occupancy of more than 6 persons permitted in or about the facility at any time. This includes persons of all ages (babies, children, adults) and visitors. If we determine that the number of permitted guests has been exceeded, we will terminate this lease and ask you to leave the premises without a refund.
PARKING: Calypso Resort's covered parking facility requires parking pass that must be PURCHASED ONLINE and printed IN ADVANCE to scan at the gate for touch-free entry. This pass must be displayed on your dashboard to show that you are authorized to park in the garage. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense, so it is very important that you PRINT AND DISPLAY YOUR CALYPSO PARKING PASS.
