Dale & Darla Sass We are retired Illinois farmers who love the beach. We have 4 grown children, 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren who also love Long Beach Resort. When at home in Illinois we are active in our community and our church which means we may not be available to respond to your calls on Saturday evening or Sunday morning. But rest assured we will return calls as quickly as possible. We own a 1 bedroom and two 2 bedroom condo at Long Beach at Panama City Beach which has the BEST condos on the beach. Every room has a full Gulf view. Our rental includes 2 free beach chairs in season, (March-October) which itself is a $250/week value. We know you will enjoy our resort and would love to have you stay with us!

Beautiful Condo. Great location
"Condo was beautiful. Both bedrooms with ocean view and balcony access was very nice. Condo was alittle outdated but we met the new owner checking out and he is remodeling it and putting all new stuff in. Can't wait to go back and see what he's done to the place and how much better it will be. This is a must stay condo if you want a wonderful view and great location. "
Perfect Spot Condo in PCB
"This condo is in a great area close to Walmart, Pinapple Willie's and many other great spots. The condo itself is nice although it is not quite as pretty as the pictures. But it is clean and for the most part kept up. The only issues we had was the sink in the spare bedroom started leaking so we shut off the water to it and notified maintenance. No one ever came while we were there but there are two sinks in there. The garbage disposal didn't work and kept clogging up water. Other than that, no issues. The elevators are apparently new and kept acting up while we were there but that will hopefully get fixed soon. All in all I would stay here again or at least in this resort."
