Perfectly situated in the middle of Anna Maria Island. The beach is only 1/2 block away! There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance and the free island trolley will take you anywhere on the island. Publix grocery store as well many drugstores and liquor stores are only a 5 minute drive away. Take the golf cart!

Please adhere to the local quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No loud music, disruptive noises or use of the pool is allowed during this time. This is a city ordinance and violation my result in a visit from the local police.
House Rules
Minimum age to rent: 25 PLEASE NOTE: Upon booking, a rental agreement will be emailed to you for your electronic signature confirming that you acknowledge and accept the house rules. Receipt of the signed rental agreement is required to finalize your booking and for electronic lock codes to be generated, allowing entrance to the unit.

"This cute little place was perfect!! Absolutely loved the location, so close to an almost private beach ( lol, this area was not at all crowded compared to others). Everything we needed was available and handy! The private pool was so nice for a dip before bed . Place was very clean and comfortable. The golf cart was such a fun bonus as well- we parked our rental car and didn't use it again til we left. We look forward to coming back! Thanks for such a fantastic experience!!"

"My family and I had an amazing time staying at Groovy Guava. The proximity to the beach is amazing! We used the private pool every morning and evening. Our favorite thing was to take the golf cart down to the pier and have lunch and ice cream. Love this place!! Communication was excellent and always prompt."
