General Policies
Minimum stay for is 60 days per our Condo Association. A signed Lease and Condo Association Lease Approval form is required for approval by the Condo Association prior to occupancy.A $1,000 security deposit is required for all rentals and is refundable if there is no damage other than normal wear and tear.1/3 non-refundable deposit due upon signing of Lease and Condo Agreement forms. Second 1/3 payment is due within 60 days of your stay. The final 1/3 payment is due within 30 days of your stay.For rentals less than 6 months and one day, a 12% State/County rental tax is payable and collected on all rent charges.Utilities are included in the rent.A non-refundable $100 condo association application fee is required as well as...
