General Policies
Minimum stay for is 60 days per our Condo Association. A signed Lease and Condo Association Lease Approval form is required for approval by the Condo Association prior to occupancy.A $1,000 security deposit is required for all rentals and is refundable if there is no damage other than normal wear and tear.1/3 non-refundable deposit due upon signing of Lease and Condo Agreement forms. Second 1/3 payment is due within 60 days of your stay. The final 1/3 payment is due within 30 days of your stay.For rentals less than 6 months and one day, a 12% State/County rental tax is payable and collected on all rent charges.Utilities are included in the rent.A non-refundable $100 condo association application fee is required as well as a $150 cleanin...
House Rules
See the Condo Association Rules and Regulations which are available upon request and will be attached to your lease. Guests enjoy the same amenities as owners and are subject to the same condo association rules as owners. There is no smoking inside the condo and pets are prohibited in our condo.

Cancellation Policy
