House Rules: Guests are required to sign a Renter Agreement. Minium age of 25 and a valid phot ID required from primary renter$300 Security Deposit hold required NO Smoking. NO pets. NO parties/events.Quiet Hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM.Pool Hours 9 am-10 pm- to ensure the safety & enjoyment of all the guests, the pool area is monitored by security during these hours. Please be advised the pool area will be cleared promptly at 10:00 pm each evening.WiFi Access: High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo, making it an ideal space for those looking to work remotely or stay connected during their stay. Exceptional Escape - 5-Star Stay Steps from Miramar's Sugar Sand

"Our stay at this beautifully renovated condo in Sunny Miramar Beach was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the location—just steps away from the breathtaking white sand beach and the sparkling Gulf waters. It truly doesn’t get better than that! The condo itself was pristine and thoughtfully designed. We were thrilled to be the one of the first guests to stay in this freshly renovated unit, and it exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was brand new—from the appliances and furniture to the fresh paint, ceiling fans, plush carpets, and stylish décor. Every detail had been carefully curated to create a warm, welcoming, and luxurious atmosphere. The bedroom was incredibly cozy, with soft, high-quality linens and towels that made it feel like a luxury hotel. We especially appreciated the little personal touches like travel-size soaps, lotions, dish soap, garbage bags, and dishwasher tabs—all the essentials to get us started comfortably on our vacation. The living room was beautifully decorated and cozy, with a beautiful dining table where we enjoyed our meals, and a breakfast bar perfect for sipping coffee in the morning. We also loved sitting out on the patio and soaking in the peaceful views—it was the perfect place to unwind. One of the highlights of this condo was the stunning pool and hot tub just steps from our front door. It was the ideal way to relax after a day at the beach. Communication with the property manager, Sharon was excellent. She was incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and made sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. From the fully stocked kitchen (with brand-new dishes, silverware, and cookware everything in kitchen is new ) to the overall cozy and inviting ambiance, we truly felt right at home. This place is a gem, and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and unforgettable beachside vacation."

Beautiful condo , perfect beach retreat!

"A Perfect Golf Serenity Escape on the Emerald Coast!" I’ve been vacationing in the area for over 25 years and have stayed at numerous complexes, but this beautifully renovated condo truly stood out. The decor is stunning, and the condo is stocked with everything you could need, from a fully-equipped kitchen to luxurious linens and bedding. I especially appreciated the extra beach towels and the cozy breakfast bar for morning coffee. Being just steps away from the pristine, sugar-white sands of the beach was the highlight of my stay. The outdoor grilling area, surrounded by lush greenery, along with the pool and hot tub, made for a perfect retreat. The owner was an absolute pleasure to work with, offering fantastic communication and quick responses. They’ve truly thought of everything to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
