Renters are responsible for maintaining the condo in good condition. Any damage is to be reported immediately to the property manager. ( plumbing, heating, air,ect.) will be addressed promptly!

House Rules

House Rules: Guests are required to sign a Renter Agreement. Minium age of 25 and a valid phot ID required from primary renter$300 Security Deposit hold required NO Smoking. NO pets. NO parties/events.Quiet Hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM.Pool Hours 9 am-10 pm- to ensure the safety & enjoyment of all the guests, the pool area is monitored by security during these hours. Please be advised the pool area will be cleared promptly at 10:00 pm each evening.WiFi Access: High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo, making it an ideal space for those looking to work remotely or stay connected during their stay. Gulf Serenity Stay

"Newly renovated was nice. Had all the stuff we needed to cook. Location is perfect for quick access to beach. Nice hose station by pool to rinse off salt water and sand. Patio to store beach toys. Barbecue grills by pool. Easy parking. Lots of towels. Only complaint is the people above us were kind of loud at night stomping around. "

Clean comfortable convenient

"Our stay was fantastic. We found the unit clean, well stocked and comfortable. We found the bunks offered privacy from the one bedroom. It met our needs perfectly. The beach access is so close. So convenient to go back and forth for lunch or just short beach visits. We moved my son to Destin for work. We will definitely rebook each time we visit."
