General Policies
Please adhere to the local quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No loud music, disruptive noises or use of the pool is allowed during this time. This is a city ordinance and violation my result in a visit from the local police.
House Rules
Minimum age to rent: 25 PLEASE NOTE: Upon booking, a rental agreement will be emailed to you for your electronic signature confirming that you acknowledge and accept the house rules. Receipt of the signed rental agreement is required to finalize your booking and for electronic lock codes to be generated, allowing entrance to the unit. IF you are bringing a dog you MUST notify us immediately. You will be sent a payment request for the $150 plus tax required for each dog. This fee is non-refundable and is not included in the nightly rate. PET POLICY: 2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs maximum total for 1 pet or 120 lbs total for 2 pets. Absolute BLAST at Gone Coastal 3
"We had an absolute BLAST at Gone Coastal 3 for our first visit to AMI! The house afforded us lots of space, comfort, and some touches just like at home; (dishes, similar furniture and décor, etc.) We really enjoyed the pool and ping pong table as well as the beach accessories. Thank you for the hospitality; the bar was been set high! Restaurants we enjoyed while there: Ugly Grouper, The Feast, Harry’s Grill, Waterfront and Island Ocean Star All were great!"
Attention to Detail
"Holmes Beach has been a place of refreshment, rest, relaxation, restoration and rejuvenation for us for 30 years for my family. We were fortunate to be a part of the Norfolk Southern Railway and were able to use the facilities at the Layby at the end of White Street for all of those years. Upon the sale of that property were unsure of where we would go or where we would stay. Once my daughter and son-in-law made their vacation dates final, I went to Airbnb. Gone Coastal 3 popped up. I sent the photos to my daughter, she loved it—now to book. Thankfully, Gone Coastal 3 was available and our plans to return to Homes Beach were to begin! Upon our arrival here, we were NOT disappointed! The home was just as described and as photos had shown! The attention to detail, along with providing everything we have needed, made this a carefree vacation week! We certainly hope that our future holds another sweet vacation time here! We sincerely thank you for providing a wonderful place for our R & R. We pray for you and your team as you serve many vacations in the days to come!"
