To ensure all of our guest can enjoy their vacation we have a few house rules to follow during your stay. All guest must be listed before the stay. Day visitors our welcome but should be limited to four. No parties or large gathering. Be mindful of our neighbors, no loud or late night music. Rates are for one single family, 2 adults and children. Multiple adults may incur a small up charge. AC/heat. Pool heat is an additional 10 dollars a day, do not change any settings than those outlined in the pool heat use agreement. Heat is only needed in the winter months. We have a pool service company that comes once per week for cleaning and chemicals. Extended stays we will offer an allowance for electric (75) and water (75) cost, amounts exceeding those are paid by the renter.    

The entry door to the pool has a lock at the top of the door, this must be used if you have small children and not in the pool area. 

We provide or have many things needed to start your stay including soap, lotion, TP, paper towel, coffee, tea, condiments, charcoal and lighter fluid. We ask if you use all or an most of an item to replace it. This is our second home and leave many items for our guest to use so they do not need to buy ins and outs for shorts stays. We have food in the pantry and cloths in the closets, please be respectful of that.
