Check-in time is 04:00PM.Check-out time is 10:00 AM - No pets - No smoking - For family group rentals only - Maximum occupancy is 6. - Please bear in mind that it is our private vacation home and it is not a hotel.- Guests are expected to leave the house in the same condition as when they arrived. Please treat this house as if your own , clean up all mess and clear all the trash.- The cleaning fee is for the laundry of the linens and towels and for freshing up the place. If house is left in condition that a spring clean is needed, additional charges would be imposed. Rental non-smoking and no pets.As our home is in a quiet residential area, please respect the neighbors and keep loud noises to a minimum. For summer time, a package electricity of 50 Kwh per day is offered.That's more than enough if you're a reasonable person.Additional Kwh charged 0,20 $Cleaning at end of stay : 200 $ The BBQ must be cleaned before check -out , otherwise 50$ will be asked. Place garbage in the street Tuesday before 8:00 a.m. No glass around the pool . You got free the gas bottle on the BBQ and a reserve. The next gas bottles are at your own expense.A key will be given to the tenant as agreed. The loss or theft of the key will be charged 50 USD to the tenant. Terms & Conditions
We have a contract that you must sign before booking.Tourist tax of 11.5% not included and to add at the total price.As security for full performance of its obligations and to cover the risks of deterioration, theft, loss and the cleanliness of personal and real estate during and after hiring, tenant shall add three hundred fifty USD, 350 USD at the total price. The refund of this deposit will take place after your stay on your bank account after the key is returned, net of losses and damages. If the amount of loss exceeds the amount of the deposit, the tenant agrees to pay the damage after the inventory. The owner agrees to justify the amount needed to rehabilitate housing.
