Awesome attentive manager
"My daughter college grad and roommate had a 6 month lease in. Beautiful lagoon townhouse. If anything wasn't just right or needed fixing he got right to it. Some of the pics haven't been updated because her unit was super great. They used the Kayaks and the surrounding facilities. He was a great property manager. He manages quite a few there. "
Comfortable and Accomodating
"Wonderful stay. I would definitely do it again. Norman is a wonderful, sincere person. He was very reachable and was sure that we had everything we needed. We also had access to most all water toys. Thank you Norman for setting up our family trip. We had a great time! "
Great place
"We booked on short notice and Norman couldn't have been more accommodating. The unit was just as described and clean. We enjoyed a great week of boating, diving and hanging out on the sand bar. Great place to relax
"The condo is spacious, with two nice bedrooms on the top floor, and the middle floor consisting of a reasonable kitchen open to a nice living room. The living room was a little lacking in comfortable seating for a larger group, and the bottom floor bedroom is tiny. Nothing super fancy here, but everything was clean and in good working order. The complex is really nice, with multiple swimming pools, a small lagoon and access to the ocean as well. There are kayaks and snorkel gear to borrow, and cool areas to explore nearby. Would definitely come back, but maybe not over memorial day weekend! "
