Perfect Getaway

"We had an amazing time at Indian Atlantic by the Sea. The condo was comfortatble. It was well stocked for cooking. It was nice to have a washer and dryer available. We enjoyed morning walks to several breakfast restaurants, watched dolphins playing just off the beach and soaked up the sun. The beach was in good condition, neighbors were quiet and friendly. Johnny, the owner, was always available when needed. We will definitely go back. Five stars for Indian Atlantic by the Sea!!"

Great beach access

"The location of this townhouse is perfect. Loved being able to walk right out onto the beach. The beach was not crowded at all as compared to closer in town, and yet a short walk down to town for breakfast or ice cream. Johnny was very accommodating and offered great suggestions for dinner. The townhouse was very well equipped. Indiatlantic was a nice little town and very close to everything."

5 Star Beachfront Location

"The property is as advertised - you cannot get a better beachfront location in Melbourne FL, especially for this price point. The patio off the back leads directly to the steps down the sand dunes to the beach. The balcony off the master bedroom gives you a perfect spot for morning coffee. The house is well equipped with most everything you need. We typically ate breakfast and lunch there, going out for dinner and found everything we needed to prep our meals. The property manager/owner was very responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed for an easy check-in. He also checked with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We were there for a week and the beach was never crowded. In fact we often had the beach to ourselves. Amazing amount of wildlife like dolphins, blue herons, sea birds of all types and...though we didn't see them, there were always a lot of sea turtle tracks the next morning. Be sure and follow the rules regarding sea turtles, there are nests all over! If we come back to the Space Coast, we would definitely stay here again. "

"This condo didn’t look like much when you pulled in the street side, but is it 1) adorably updated and decorated with a beachy theme, 2) clean, convenient and comfortable, and 3) has the BEST VIEWS of and access to the ocean. Walk across the grass and down a short path and you’re at the beach. The host included beach chairs and many pluses to make the stay comfortable. We hope to stay again!"

5 Star Beachfront Location

"The location is perfect, right on a beach that was uncrowded even though we stayed during Spring break. Just a short walk out the patio and you’re on the beach. We really liked being able to leave our chairs and umbrella set up all day, going back and forth for lunch and to the bathroom. The view from the upstairs balcony of the ocean is beautiful. The location is convenient to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. There were beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards in the garage for us to use. Also, there were trash bags, paper towels, paper plates, toilet paper, soaps and dish detergent, which you normally don’t find in a vacation rental. The condo was nice and clean and had been nicely remodeled. The patio was great for sitting outside, listening to the waves, with a table and chairs where we ate lunch most days. Here is why I rated it a 4 instead of a 5– The living room sofa was sagging and had books under the legs to hold it up. After sitting on it for a short time, our backs would ache. Johnny Valentine, the owner, stopped by at the beginning of our stay to ask if everything was ok. I told him about the sofa. He brought an extra chair over from the condo next door and told me he would be ordering a new sofa, but it of course wouldn’t be there during our stay. He said no one else had ever complained about the sofa. That night, we ran the dishwasher — or at least thought we had—but the dishes were still dirty in the morning, so I washed them by hand and sent Johnny an email thinking he would send someone to look at the dishwasher. He came a little later and cleaned the drain and told us we had to slam the door shut really hard to get it to work. He has another dishwasher in the garage to replace the one in the kitchen and said he would be replacing the dishwasher but not that week. The dishwasher worked better afterwards but I would advise not running it at night because it is very noisy. Also, there were only 4 coffee cups and limited bowls and plates, so we had to run it daily with 4 of us staying there. When Johnny stopped by the 2nd time, he offered to refund my money and we could look for another place to stay if we couldn’t make do. I had no desire to try and do that, it would have been a lot of work for one thing, and probably about impossible during Spring break. The location and the beach outweighed the negatives of the sofa and the dishwasher, although I hope they are replaced soon."

"Just a few steps to the uncrowded beach, and the small grassy area off the patio was convenient for our small dog. Plenty of good restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook. The house was very clean and had comfortable beds. Two of the dining chairs appeared to be "outdoor" chairs, which was strange. Great balcony off the master bedroom!!!! Bathroom photos were not the ones in this unit, must be the ones next door (same owner). Two of the 3 bathrooms were very nicely finished. The only disappointment was local law that required no lights after dark on the beach side of the house, because of nesting sea turtles...which meant no lights on the patio or open curtains after dark."

"We enjoyed our time here again. We stayed back in 2021. This time was just like the last time. You just can't beat the beach location and access and the convenience to stores and restaurants. This space is perfect for 5-6 adults and it meets our needs. The views are gorgeous and we love the balcony especially at night. Johnny is kind and friendly and easy to communicate with. He always extends an early check in when available. We purchased some beach towels and a couple of boards and left them for the next person. We put a little extra cleaning into the kitchen and the washing machine but overall the place was very clean. Johnny's price is most reasonable for what you get. Others charge much more so we are grateful for this opportunity to stay on the beach...again. Thank you for another excellent family vacation!"

"Had nice view of the ocean from bedroom deck. It was great to be able to walk right down to the beach from back door/patio. The garage was helpful to store bikes and surfboards. It was like having full house on the beach compared to just a room. The place was pretty well stocked with everything we needed. The property manager was close by and readily available."
