The location is very quiet and private. It's a short walk to Holmes Beach, Duffy s Tavern, Hurricane Hanks, The Feast, Minnie's Beach Cafe, Beach Bistro. Also, in that same area there's a gym, many shops, a marina and bait shop, bike, kayak, scooter, boat and SUP rentals, gas station, hardware store, beauty salon, liquor store and convenience store. Publix grocery store is 1 1/2 miles away, as is Dunkin Donuts and CVS and Walgreens. A private golf club, Key Royale is on the island and Manatee County Golf Course is 9 miles away.Anna Maria Island offers 7 miles of serene white beaches and is close to 3 airports. Best Host We Ever Had!
"If you’re looking for the perfect Anna Marie Island experience, I would definitely recommend this condo in Holmes Beach. It is spacious, quiet, comfortable, and well equipped. It has comfortable beds, plentiful closet space, great showers, and new kitchen appliances. There are many, much appreciated, little touches like books, games, two televisions, a radio/CD player, and an informative welcome book. It has great amenities, including a carport with a place to secure bikes and an additional small storage unit with beach supplies. We felt very safe and the neighbors are warm and welcoming. Tom is a “super” host who responds Immediately to any questions or concerns."
