This is a charming Florida Victorian style home situated on a Lake that backs up to Johnathon Dickerson State Park. Which means from time to time there is a variety of Wild Life and we don't mean the neighbors dropping by. We have Bald Eagles, Red Tail Hawks, Deer, Black Pigs, Turkeys, Bunnies, and the potential and rare Black Bear.

It is a 4 Bedroom 2 Bath Home newly decorated with all new appliances including new HVAC system. 1 Bedroom is set up as an office but we can easily change out the desk for beds if need be. We can also change out twin beds for king if needed. There are 4 bedrooms,2 baths, Full Kitchen and dining in the front of the Home.

There is a middle dining area that leads into a large laundry area Master Bedroom, Living area and another Full Pool Kitchen and bath.

The patio has a Gas Weber Grill surrounded by Tropical Landscapes and awesome bird watching. The Driveway has full RV Hook up. There is a Fire pit over looking the lake and a large brick BBQ Pit for Family gatherings.

We are 3 minutes from grocery, restaurants, gift shops and 5 mins from Jupiter Island Beaches and charter fishing. The Main Entrance to Johnathon Dickerson State Park is about 6 minutes by car.

The Home has an annual pass to the park where guests may bring up to 8 guests per day complimentary into the park where you will find horseback rides, festivals, river tours, guides to Trapper Nelson, a once frequent visitor to our home back in the late 50's & 60's The park has an abundance of hiking and biking trails along with nature pavilions.

The Reeds Nature Center is 7 minutes north located on the waterway with Hobe Sound Beach just 5 more minutes North of the Way. Abacoa Golf Club is just 15 minutes away.

This is a non Smoking House and only certain Pets are allowed and must be approved by Host before booking. No loud music or parties of any kind unless approved by host. House must be left as found except simple light cleaning. All reservations are non refundable. However, in some cases where 60 days or more are given and the house is re-booked. We are a fully licensed vacation rental with the state of Florida. If the police are called for any disturbance at the home the Host has the right to revoke/terminate reservation immediately with no refund. Florida is prone to Hurricanes at certain times of the year therefore we highly recommend travel insurance.
