This Beach Home is located right at the Tip of Anna Maria's North end, where the barrier islands begin. It has the advantages of going to either side, the Tampa Bay Side where you can view Egmont Key, Passage Key, The Sunshine Skyway Bridge, St Petersburg and more. You can walk up a block or two on the beach and you are at Bean Point. You can see the water from Tampa Bay converging with the Gulf of Mexico. Continue walking and you will follow 7 miles of white powdered turquoise crystal clear water that goes all the way to Longboat Key, Sarasota and Siesta Key.This is an absolutely ideal location to stay! There is a kayak launch across the street, you can rent our eBikes and ride on the beach all the way to Coquina Beach, next to Longboat Key. General Policies
We do an "Authorization" on your Credit Card provided for our security deposit for $1500. It is NOT a Charge or an actual Transaction.
Providing you do not cause any damage, it will simply fall off your credit card.
This authorization happens a couple days before arrival and again upon check out.
House Rules
No Smoking of any kind inside the home.Please use the outside shower to wash off sand after returning from the beach.Please turn lights off and lower AC when not at home and lock doors.No Children under 21 are allowed to operate the Golf Cart.Anna Maria has an ordinance, no loud noise after 10 PM. No loud pool parties or music after 10 PM. If the Sheriff is called, you could lose your damage deposit.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel and receive 100% of your deposit back up until 60 days before check in. After 60 days, if you have a family emergency or weather concerns, please reach out to the owners. We will consider moving your reservation dates ahead depending upon the circumstances.
