Terms & Conditions
Base pricing is for up to 6 guests. Each additional guest is $20 per night.At least one person in your party of guest staying at this home must be minimum age of 30 years old.
We are pet friendly with a $200 pet fee. There are certain breeds of dogs that our insurance company does not allow.
Please check with us before booking if you plan to bring your pet.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation in writing up to 90 days before your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less the booking fee of $25.00. If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, your deposit and any prepaid rent will be refunded only if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your deposit and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund.

"Fandango was the perfect rental for four couples/friends from outside of New Orleans. The living space was spacious, well appointed, functional and extremely clean. The outside living space with pool, grill, numerous chairs, lounges, hammocks and our own dock made for a very relaxing vacation. We were extremely pleased with Fandango!"

"This is a great beach house. It is large, and clean. The small amenities like beach towels being provided made it more convenient for us while packing for our flight. The outdoor patio area offers a huge amount of shade. The fishing from the kayaks was amazing. My husband caught 51, mostly barracudas."
Great get away
"Very nice home layout with large rooms and great views. Steps from outside to third floor could be a little tiresome. Nice modern appliances and well maintained property. Pool and hot tub were the most enjoyable of any properties I have stayed over the last ten or so years of annual visits to the area. Nice water access with chairs for tanning and deep water dock for a boat. Kayaks were good for area water exploration although one had a broken seat back, however since we did not use the fourth kayak and did not report broken seat I don't that the owner would not have had someone out to repair it if asked. Only disappointment was the lack of fish in the water at the dock. I like to do some lazy fishing from a dock but could find no action. If fishing is your plan you would most likely bring a boat and it appears that the ocean and gulf access from the dock is very easy. All in all one of the most enjoyable properties I have stayed at over the years. Thanks"

"This house is one of three houses at the end of a dead end street owned by the owner, that has great landscaping and more amenities than most other houses in the keys. It is very clean! (One of my top requirements.). The house is big, rooms spacious, decor appears to be professionally done, mechanicals work well, and all kitchen needs in good condition. We had the use of bikes with helmets, a fishing pole, dock, kayaks, corn hole game, pool, and we didn’t get to use the hot tub, but it looked great. It’s a short walk to a very over priced C store. But it’s there. And kayaking in the bay was incredible. Very shallow, other than cut outs for boats to travel right to our dock, and protected from the winds. So it’s calm most of the time. We took the 20 minute drive to Key West and the 30 minute drive to Marathon a couple times. Easy and convenient commute to tourist areas. Great views from the upper bedrooms. The rental staff and owner made it easy to rent, access property, and were available anytime to answer questions. (I called twice on Sunday nights to leave a message for the morning, and she answered each time ready to answer questions. Above and beyond what I expected, and have experienced.). I would highly recommend this property. We had a great time. Thank you!"
