This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Oceanfront Condo has spectacular views of the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and the National Marine Sanctuary. The sunsets are incredible. You are over a mile from the main road, surrounded on 3 sides by the Parks, so it is usually quiet. There is a bike/ped path from our complex to the main highway. It is 20 feet from the highway and continues for over 30 miles. I provide you with Bikes, Kayaks, PaddleBoards, Fishing, Snorkeling & Tennis gear at no charge. "The location and amenities were wonderful! So many extras such as bikes, kayaks, paddle boards etc were great to have access to. The unit/furniture was a bit dated but you don't go to the keys to stay indoors. "

"We enjoyed our 5 night stay. Beautiful condo. Nice a clean. Great sunsets. Lots of amenities. Great location on Key Largo. Quick trip to restaurants or grocery store. There are lots of bikes, ocean/pool toys, paddle boards and kayaks to use. My one suggestion would be to have a condo folder with restaurant suggestions, location of toys/bikes/kayaks. Norman wasn't able to let us upon arrival but walked us through getting the keys then setting up WiFi. Norman walked my husband around the property the next day to show him everything but it did take awhile. Written instructions would work just as well. Check out was easy. Strip sheets off beds and put by door along with your morning towel (wash other towels which I get, some people go towel crazy) and take trash out. Would recommend and would stay here again."

"We had a nice stay at Norman's place. Norman was super friendly and helpful at explaining and personally taking us to all the areas on the grounds where there are things to do...pools, sunset location (get there 1/2 hour before sunset, otherwise you'll miss it because of the trees, but it had a fun community feel! ), kayaks and such. The one thing we'd ask to be changed would be that the "curfew" on the tennis/pickle ball courts be lowered to 9:30?? People were playing until after 11:00 and the glaring court lights were annoying, shining into the unit, even with the blinds closed. It would be an easy fix if the stop time was simply earlier. Otherwise things were great! Thanks for an enjoyable stay! "

"We loved the views and the pools, well stocked kitchen and condo amenities. Norman was welcoming and funny. The staff at the gate were friendly too. Great access to SCUBA diving and parks. Second bedroom is not accurately represented: one queen, one single bed. Air conditioner a bit loud."
