AN ELEVATOR IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
Cancellation Policy
60 days from your stay, the entire 25% deposit amount will be refunded. 30-60 days- the initial deposit of 25% will be held but the balance will be refunded less than 30 days- your refund will depend on how many of the days we able to rebook. If we are able to rebook, we will return all but the $250 deposit.

"The house had everything needed for a great beach vacation. Easy walk down 71st to a great beach. I would definately recommend white sands beach house. We had 6 people, 4 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kids loved the pool and beach. We enjoyed the beach restaurants around, the shopping and the Mote aquarium along with a boat adventure with captain Kim. The kids painted a sand dollar on pine street and enjoyed walking out on the city pier too. Our vacation on Anna Maria island was wonderful and the house only added to our fun time!"
A Beautiful Property
"White Sands Beach House is everything you could want from a vacation home. The pool was pleasant and the water temperature perfect. Plenty of floats for the pool and beach. There was a beach cart and wagon as well as very nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs and 2 umbrellas and a cooler. All perfect for the short two block walk to the beach. The screened porches made for very pleasant mornings and evenings and were extra safe for the children. The house is beautifully decorated as well as extremely comfortable. Plenty of dishes and accessories for cooking. Maria, the owner, was exceptionally attentive and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend White Sands Beach House!"

"This was our first time using HomeAway and I have to say Maria, the owner, thought of EVERYTHING. She even had coffee, I was not expecting that. The home was clean and well decorated. She even had a coffee pot in the master bedroom! We could just unpack and start enjoying our vacation. Definitely the best accommodations I've experienced and I love to travel. We will definitely be referring friends & family here. Also, Maria, worked with me from the beginning to the end. Just wonderful!!!"

"White Sands Beach House is just as described - newly decorated with that perfect beachy feel and a short walk down the street to an amazing, uncrowded stretch of Holmes Beach. There is so much room to spread out and relax in this house...and the screened-in porch is such a peaceful place to take in the start of the day with a cup of coffee. The owner is great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house for a fantastic, stress free vacation!"
