HOA $150.00 and rental application needs to be submitted to condo owner at least 30 days prior to the rental start date for the condo owners’s signature. Once signed by the owner, the application is then submitted to the HOA board for final approval. Note: We also provide a supply of basic necessities to start you off, including paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, and anti-bacteria soap dispenser. There is a Keurig coffee maker in kitchen but you must bring your own Keurig pods.FEES:HOA APPLICATION FEE: $150.00SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: $500.00 to be refunded within 14 days after rental periodCLEANING FEE: $150.00THREE MONTH MINIMUM IN SEASON, JANUARY, FEBRUARY AND MARCH!!!

Cancellation Policy
