Enjoy the great view of the Gulf of Mexico, the bay and the canals of Marco Island from our penthouse and enjoy wonderful sunrises and sunsets. The property has direct access to the white sandy beach and can only be used by owners and tenants. It is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac in the popular Tigertail Beach area and is only accessible via a 24 hour manned gate system. It is very well maintained and has many palm trees. The 0,5 miles long boat dock is illuminated in the evening.

We purchased the penthouse in August 2024. The penthouse has a living space of 1.075 sqft and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has air conditioning. The spacious master bedroom has its own large bathroom with walk-in shower.

From the kitchen you have views of the Gulf of Mexico and Marco Island Bay, so you can always enjoy fantastic views while preparing meals. In the living room, there is a dining table for 4, a sofa bed, sea chairs and two additional chairs and a flat screen TV.  The master bedroom with king-size bed has its own balcony access and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and two washbasins. The second bedroom overlooks Marco Island Bay and has a queen-size bed. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC and washbasin. There are three flat-screen televisions throughout the penthouse.

Even in a rain shower, you can enjoy the spectacular view from the fantastic balcony.

The 0,5 miles long boat deck is illuminated at night and is a romantic place to sit after sunset. Manatees and dolphins can be observed.

There is direct access to the beach from the pool area, which is up to 0,2 miles wide and 6 miles long. The sand is bright white. If you walk north along the beach, deserted miles of white sandy beaches open up.

It is possible to walk from the apartment complex to the Tigertail Beach playground, which is only approx. 0,3 miles away. There is also a large children's playground. There are also restaurants and bistros within walking distance. A nice large Winn-Dixie supermarket is only 0,9 miles away and is open daily until 11 pm.

Dolphins, manatees, pelicans, and ospreys can be observed directly from the balconies and from the boat dock.
